Actually we are working on this organisation from 3.5 yrs now we are 3 people promoted to other process and we had word with HR regarding salry increment , and she always told that to your salary has been come on this month , now she's directly told that what salary who told you that for salray increment not possible, you didn't get any increment from this organisation so better you can work here or put your pepper dawn and always said that you guys are very poor people . Please help what can we do

My wife filed divorce petition in family court under section 13 1(i-a & i-b) of Hindu Marriage Act. In her main petition she has not claimed any permanent maintenance and alimony and nor she has filed any application u/s 25 of HMA act. My wife’s witness stage is now closed. Next date is fixed for my witness (respondent witnesses). I have a doubt that she will orally ask for permanent maintenance and alimony during argument stage.
My query : 1) This there any way by which I can prevent her from misusing the law. Because once my witness stage is over I would not be able to defend it on merits. Is there any misc application that I could file now requesting the court to direct her to file written application for permanent maintenance & alimony so that I am able to defend it on merits (with documentary evidences)

Is it possible to execute a conditional gift deed were the property is transferred to the donee but he cannot sale the same during the life of the donor.

I need to add my name to our ancestral property which is currently in the name of my father and his siblings. What is the procedure to add my name and can a lawyer help me in this matter. The property is in Maharashtra.

We have a ancestral house and property in Maharashtra. My grandparents had few tenants staying in our property no have never paid any rent to us till date. There is no legal paper work for them to stay in the property. They are not ready to leave the property. Is there any legal procedure to evict them from the property.

We(plaintiff) filed permanent injunction suit in 2002. The permanent injunction was granted in our favour. In We(plaintiff) filed permanent injunction suit in 2002. The permanent injunction was granted in our favour. In first appeal by defendent the appeal was dismissed confirming the permanent injunction. The defendant filed second appeal and the suit is final argument stage.
Now defendant filed one more case in lower court for declaration.
Is it a valid suit ?
Is it bared by limitation act? Declaration suit should have been filed within 3 years from date of injunction suit filed by us.

Jurisdiction for filing Petition under section 13 B of Hindu Marriage Act lies at -
1. Where the marriage solemnised
2. Where one of the petition reside at present
3. Where the husband and wife last resided together
4. Any one option of the above (1) to (3)
