Hi, my father and my uncle are co-owners of a residential property in which we are living in. My uncle has created a dispute and doesn't want to sell it. Acc. to the purchase document of the property my father holds 80% share in the property as most of the sale proceeds at the time of buying the property was made by my father. Could anyone plz tell if we partition the property through court what consequence it will have on us and is there any act or section in partition of property act in which the purchase document is given immportance if so is there any case in which the investment of a person in joint property is given max. relevance. Thanks

Sir I am working in central govt office as group c I want your suggestion regarding" as I have lost office safe key in absent mind as having family problems, I have rewarded 1 year increment held up and recovery of key repair charges after represantation to charge sheet but in the same case as another employee lost safe key before one year he awarded only 3 months increment held up and also he has not given safe repair amount". Both situations and circumstances are exactly same. please suggests me sir for further appeal. This is my humble request sir.

My neighbour is troubling me by installing AC Generator outside my bedrooms window. I have complaint about the same to my neighbour and to the society also. But till today I remain helpless. ..please suggest me what should I do? Can I filed a civil petition against him in any court and if so then what will b the procedure and format for the same and in which court. I live at Sewri, Mumbai - 400015. ...please suggest. I have taken OBC caste certificate in 2015 for applying KPSC job. But they had given it for one year period validity. they have not given for 5 years validity. usually caste certificate once issued will be valid for 5 years.
Now in 2016 i had called for document verification for the job i have applied where they have told to submit all documents refereed to that period i mean when the job was called.
and i submitted my caste certificate taken in 2015. now my question is, will it be treated as expired in 2016 or they will consider it as it is taken with in the said date?

Bail cancelled after 72 days of arrest by session court Challan can be given to court within 5-7 days What we do ? Go to High court now Go to HC after challan given to court Or what else to do

I am a tenant under the pagdi system in Mumbai. The Landlord has sold of the property to another Landlord. The new landlord has refused us permission to park our car in the compound premises. we were parking our cars in the premises before this new builder came... our old Landlord never opposed us.
We don't have anything in writing from our old Landlord but we are parking here more then 10 years...
New Landlord had to us that he can evacuate us from our house if we didn't remove our car from premises...
does he has right to remove us and our car.

my wife file a case on me of 498 on that time when i was on bed according to doctor
in oct 15 police arrest me and take me court in ambulance. then court grant me bail. after that my all family members break all relation with me and i lives in a orphan house in my city .
she files case in her district and i lives in other district. from oct 15 to todayjuly 16 i have no idea of my case because nobody is engage with me from oct.
and i am unabe to stand proper due to spinal injury.
and today i came to know that court has release a arrest warrent for me. but nobody had come to arrest me.
kindly suggest me what should i do
because i nobody is with me.
even i am helpless.
