As i have been in central government obc list from state of uttar pradesh.I have born & brought up in mumbai & i live in mumbai only & i have all document like passport, voter id etc of mumbai address only.Now i have made obc certificate in which the address is mention of my father native place i.e. uttar pradesh. Now each goverment form i have to write a address & i am writing mumbai address .So my query is that as my address is different on my documents & obc certificate.so for obc benefit can i produce same obc certificate in various govt exam.

Our society has open parking i.e no individual space is allotted to each members. I was parking my car in open area and paying parking charges. Now I have shifted my residence to near by society and give my flat on Leave and licence basis. My licensee does not have a car and he is not utilising any car parking facility. I am the member of society and now I want to park my car in society premises, society has objected to this and told me if you want to park car you will be charged as a nominal member ( L & L ) and car parking charge will be Rs.1000/ p.m. which are applicable to L& L.Since society is discriminating me , I wish your kind advice whether society can discriminate its own member as occupant and non occupant?. Whether there is any ruling on this for doing so? I wish to challenge this ground.

I am from mumbai and I want to persue LLb (3Years) but due to my job and travelling I cant afford to attend lectures regularly can you such a better alternative for me where by I can complete my LLB

sir meri wife ki chain snatch ki gayi this train me, humne GRP k samne FIR darj karayi thi unknown person k gilaf. Parntu jab main PS gaya tab wahan WO Chor already pakda hua that kisi aur case me. humne use pahchan liya PS staff k samne. Lekin police uske kilaf FIR darz nahin Kar rahi. aur humari FIR bhi IPC sec 379 me kati hai na ki 379 A or B. pls sir help me, what can I do.

I'm a employee in government gas rahat iti bhopal madhya pradesh and my senior lady boss mentally torture me daily and
I don't know how to move forward. I don't know how to even live my life..
Now my condition become worst day by day and doctor's diagnosed that I have a serious case of Depression and Anxiety but when I tell her she takes advantage of my condition and now she started mentally harass me even more and I do my work senierly and follow every order then also she insult me in front of other staff and my students..Now I scared just from the thought of going to my workplace, my life become like hell .. suicide is on my mind everyday. .. she is elder lady and many times I request her for not discriminate me..but she daily find new new ways to mentally harass me.... I m also want to live normal and do my work sincerely but because of her my condition become serious day by day..
I desperately need some legal advice.. plz help me

A food industry stablished in 1962 in joint family. 15 feet road went to mill from black PWD road through which my truck has been coming and going. This industry allotted to me in verbal partition in 1974 and mututed in our name n 2011 by an affidavit of 1991 of our other family member.The title of the approach road to the mill is also owned by same other family member.
Now in 2016,the other family member are trying to block my 15 ft road to my industry and directing me to go other way, in which a vehicle can not reach my plant. Also with that 7-10 ft wide road, the value of my property will become 50% to its value. The 15 ft road is being used for this industry since last 54 years. How can any one block this road?This road is shown in government map also from PWD road to plant.
I had given petition to DM, SDO, Anchal officer, who gave a report in my favor that there is no other road to this mill and the road is being used since over 50 yrs.This road is also shown in govt map.
Kindly guide me if there is any similar judgement to such matter which can help me. Or kindly give me any clue where can I get such judgement details. I can search it over internet. Kindly help me.

Please tell Is it legal to marry her according to hindu religion or by Indian Law?

Regarding maintenance
Hello dear professionals,
Recently court has passed a judgement on maintenance. They ordered 7500/- per month for child and wife. Wife is post graduate. She was pursuing from MG university, but I am not sure if she completed. But she did BA in English literature. Also she herself left me with her family. They went on 1 Oct 2013 and after that she never returned. They went by train. So how can I prove that she herself abodoned me and not I left her. Please advice something, here she is lying a lot and misguiding judge on the mercy of being a lady.
In court I want to prove that she left me after a huge fight.
