Instant firing without proper explanation

Hi All,
My Name is MD Zeshan Ansari. I Was Worked In Homes hop 18th since November 2015. I was on festival leave for 5days between 6th July - 11th July. And I had to report on 12th July but due to medical reason I was unable to report back on 12th July.
When I came back on 14th July, my reporting manager said me that you have to meet HR, and HR said you have been left marked as u haven't reported on 12th July.
How can they mark me left without giving me any intimation. They said write a resignation letter and also said u have to pay 9150 to company as recovery amount.
They also refused to give me my Pf account closure.
They haven't call me or even try to contact me via email.....
This is really unfair to me.
Please suggest me what should I do.

adoption

Sir, I m junior advocate, my client wants to adopt her 1 month old son as he has no male child. Both the parents of child are ready to terminate their respective rights. I have already made adoption deed. Now my client want to re-issue birth certificate of child with his and his wife's name as parents. What is the procedure for the same... please help.... my client is Muslim by religion residing in mumbai. ..please suggest

What is prosecution

Sir,I was charged with 323,341 & 34 IPC act and I was charge sheeted by the police and summon came to me from the court.I went to court and gave attendance but the complainant didn't came and the court issued summon for the witness of the opposition.I decided to settle the dispute and talked to the complainant and he came with the court next day and withdrew the case and I was acquitted.Now my question is in the govt job verification form to answer the question 'Have you ever been prosecuted?' Yes or No?
Have I really been prosecuted?

For partition of share in deceasd fathers inthestate property.

is there any limitation period to file a partition suit.my mother and we wish to file a partition suit for my mothers share in her deceased fathers inthestate property.but we only have information of survey nos of those lands which are partionted by my mothers brothers among themselves.but we are not sure if those lands belong to my mothers father or her grandfaughter. is she entitled to properties owned by father only or both her father and grand faughter. her father died in 1990.before we file a case do we need to serve any notice to my mothers brothers,and also what further steps to be taken by us other then such knowing the survey nos the land partioned by my mothers brothers. kindly advice us as how to proceed in this case.

Dishonour of cheque 138 act

Our company has issued cheque and it is bounce we are 2 director for company then in this case who will liable company or directors individual?

My mothers registered gtft deed property is being claimed by brothers by adverse possession.

can brothers and their children by taking advantage of my mothers absence in their village and by paying revenue to that agriculture land gifted to my mother by her father(late)wide registered gift, are now claiming that agricultural land as their own on the basis of adverse possession and on the basis of those revenue receipts.now how shall we proceed. can they claim on the basis of adverse possession? since my mother is their own blood relation.secondly does she have any right in the other inthestate property of her father which her brothers partioned among themselves with out giving any share to my mother when the same was brought to their notice they said that there is no law where daughter is also given equal share in inthestate property of deceased father.since my mother is old can i (her son)represent her in any court of law if a case is filled.the above mentioned property is located in kadapa district of andhra pradesh.kindly guide me how to handle this case.

Harassment by in laws.

Inlaws are torturing me.iam a housewife who is married from last 8 yrs n have a autistic son who is 5yrs old.Husband is forcing me to movevin with my sis in law whose behaviour is very rude with me.i dont want to move in.in my family i hv mom in law my husband n my son.everyday iam going through trauma.my husband doesn't want to leave his sister so he want me to move in.what shall i do.pls suggest.

73 aa breach condition

Res.sir, i have purchased land and convert to commercial n.a. so i apply to collector for premium, but they said that originally this land was 73 aa tenure land with 43 ganot dhara also. All brief of land is In 1998 this land was sold from adivasi to bin adivasi. So krushi panch mamlatdar, take action and orderd that this land in goverment possession. In 1999 krushi panch mamlatdar doing 84 c process and give land to purchaser with new tenure conditions and this order confirmed from assistant collector in revision prosses. In 2014 after 15 years this land became new tanure to agriculture old tenure from mamlatdar and deputy collector also confirmed same in revision. I see this process order andpurchase land give application to collector. They say orignaly this is adivasi land. In 1961 he got from government with 43 tenure, than 1981 its become 73aa tenure. So what can i do. Pl. Sir advise me.

FULL & FINAL SETTELMENT NOT REC

Dear team, i am worked with retail comapny for 3 years i resigned & served 1 month notice period.my last worked day was 21 may 2016 but still i dont get full n final settelment & when i call Hr she is telling that cheque is prapared & it is kept with your reporting manager which is reporting manager once he realesd she will give it to me, kindly suggest what to do, please help.
