is it required by an advocate to contact the bank before giving the t.c.r. to any person?
or he can freely give the t.c.r. at his own?

Dear Experts, I am in central government service ( class 'A' ) and I purchased a property several years back for which I could/did not give prior intimation due to the lack of knowledge of such rule, which I have come to know of few days back. I wish to get your opinion as to what penalty I might accrue when I declare it in my office. The transaction details are all there with me in terms of bank statements of my purchase, so I am not worried about the purchase coming off as a dubious one to the authorities, since I have been paying my EMIs all through this time. I just wish to be prepared before going for it. Hence your valuable advice. Thanks

my mother in law (83yrs) and my daughter (20yrs) have a flat on joint name. She wants to make release deed and transfer her interest to my daughter to make my daughter full owner.
Do my daughter has to pay any capital gain or tax after acquiring full property.
If so how much ?

My employer has not deposited EPF (Employee & Employer) contribution for year & a half. However, I would like to know if upon my resignation,can I withdraw EPF balance in my PF account.

Could any one helpme out , my husband has left me and my two daughters 9 tha nd 4 th since 4 yrs i have filed maintanance 2013 still no judgement may be in a month or2 i might get judgement ,iamworking woman and stated openly but finding difficulty in taking care of myself and my daughters how much maintanance i could get for my two daughters he is earning morethan 1 and half lakhs

Sir, I had received explation letter on February 2016 by my employer and I have submitted my reply. But now again my employer has issued me explation letter on the same lapses. Whether it is correct.

I am getting a monthly maintenance of Rs 10000, from 2010, now i came to know that my husband has got a good package and his salary increases to one lakh per month. So, i need to file for the enhancement of the interim maintenance awarded to me under DV act.
Could you please guide, how i could proceed so that i could get a enhancement of the interim maintenance awarded to my under DV act.
for your information, i never filed any other claim apart from the maintenance under DV act.
