But my mark sheet has shown 27 Dec 2022
So did I get rejected in dv because mark sheet has date after application form submitted

We reside in Mumbai Slum Area. Its 1+1. Ground floor owner and first floor owner are different. We have water leakage problem and wants to put roofing on terrace at a height of 6-8 feet. Ground floor owners are creating hurdles and complaining the BMC and Police. Can anyone explain of it is legal as its been since many years.

Hello all,
We are in a strange situation where the counsel for the opposite party has become the Advocate General (AG). He is publicly known to be highly unethical.
All Deputy and Additional AGs are his subordinates, and now they strongly oppose anything of ours, even preponement applications, treating them as their personal matter. Even our counsels were shocked by this. The opposite party has gotten a strong advantage due to this situation.
• Can we move an application to get an order for substitution of the state counsel with an independent counsel, who does not report to the AG, like it is in some cases, to ensure a level playing field? Or please suggest some other solution.

Our patta is in grand father's name. As per the document, it shows 2 grounds and 0118 sq ft which is almost equal to 4800+ square foot. As per settlement deed, this entire 4800+ square foot land was divided into 6 shares for their 6 sons. Among the 6 sons, 1 has already applied for a separate patta which was measured and approved for 700 square foot. So, we thought that there will be a remaining 4100 square foot left for the 5 of their sons. However, when we checked online recently using our survey number and sub division number, we found out that it shows 99 square meter which is equal to 1071 square foot. We do not know why there is such a huge difference of 3000+ square foot which is missing. Settlement deed clearly states that we have 4000+ square foot settlement done for their 6 sons. We contacted the Tahsildhar office in Chennai and they have forwarded our case to RDO. What can be done in such cases? Should we wait for the results from RDO or is there any way by which we can approach this?

I want to premature closure of the FD for which duplicate certificate was issued. But bank says, since duplicate certificate was issued so I can't close it before maturity date. Request for your help and advise.

Dual employment
Hi, I have left company A on 14th April by keeping all my assents in Office and my trainer mailed me about leaving all the assets, I replied her saying quitting the company due to health issues, but she constantly insisted me to mark exit in the portal and I need. And joined company B and left it in 10days, now I’m working in company C (joined on 16th may)but I noticed that my employment was active in company A due to mark exit in portal my relieving date took as 27th July, so I mailed them to close as I left the company on 14th April, but in my company A pf exit date is marked as 12th may and there is dual employment btw company A and B for 25days. How should I resolve this? please suggest?
