Legal heir certificate

Dear Sir,
I want to know how to get legal heir certificate in south mumbai. Certificate is required for transfer of equity shares.
If someone can make a certificate and give it, please contact.

Apply to the Tahsildar concerned with a copy of the death certificate of the deceased.

For transfer of equities share certificate to your name, the legal heirship certificate is not applicable.
You have to apply for succession certificate through a court of law by filing a succession certificate case.
You may better contact a local advocate and file the case as suggested

Yes,succession certificate issued by court is required to get transfer of equity share certificate and not legal heir certificate.

Thanks for your reply. But the RTA (KFIN Technologies Pvt. Ltd) needs legal heir certificate.
