recently I have been selected to a govt. job of PSB(public sector bank) ... i want to know that whether traffic challan for driving without helmet under MVA 129/177 will effect my police verification... does i will be cleared by police for the job...

1.I had filed ITR for AY 2014-15 and it has been learnt that out of TDS claimed of say about Rs 110000/- credit has been provided only to the extent of say about Rs 99000/- consequent upon which the refund claim of say about Rs 16000/- had been assessed at about Rs 7000/- which was further paid to the assessee on.
2. The issue was raised with IT Office vide a registered letter dated 08 Sep 2015. On non receipt of any response from ITO the rectification request was filed on line through IT web portal twice and in reply it was stated that this occurred due to mismatch of data in the web portal and it was advised to contact the tax deductor for correction of data.
3. The assessee approached the tax deductor vide letter dated 28 May 2016 and it has been intimated by the tax deductor that such occurrence has already been rectified and tallied but the balance refund has not yet been paid. The tax deductor has also provided the Copy of Form No 26AS downloaded from traces which was now tallying with form 16 available with the assessee.
4. The tax deductor has advised to take up the issue with GHQ, ITO.
5. Here the issue is that
(a)for getting balance refund the revised ITR was to be filed before march 2016 but the assessee was informed by the tax deductor in the month of May 2016 only,so how can I file revised return before march 2016.
(b)more over for mismatch of data of form 16 and 26 AS, is the assessee responsible for which his balance refund has being eaten up by IT depot.
(c)As per various court ruling it has been said that assessee should not suffer because of fault made by deductor and also the assessing officer should get in touch with TDS circle for any clarification.
Can some one throw a light in the issue.

I booked an item through online site and at that time I clearly given my adress with pincode. That time it shows home delivery item.
After few days I got a call from local hub of DTDC to collect the item from there store. The shipment willnot deliver to my doorstep because my adress belongs to non serviceable area.it happans few days before and I tried to contact customer care. They didn't give any positive response.
Can I file an appeal to consumer court against the service of courier company. ...?
Pls advice. .

can any body tell me what is minimum width of pathway.it is this way we purchased a property of which include tWo house through highcourt settlement ,made agreement with seller we paid 40% of amount to seller .a third party came and started to claims that there is a pathway in property between two houses .he put case on buyer in district collector and wins without mentioning width and length of pathway.now buyer goes to appeal again in HC.court orders seller to clear buyer obligation and to buyer put remaining money in govt tressury. even after 10years still seller did not clear buyer obligation.bieng fedup the buyer purched the property from collector, did mutation and now for partition .the third party intervend by objecting the partition saying include our pathway in partition plan. we talked to settle this matter by making their pathway from outside of the two house so that Plot will be clear .they not agreeing THE proosal.
now my question is
1.what is minimum width of pathway?
2.will collector give more than asked width?
3.can the seller remove remaining amount which is in govt treasury with out clearing buyer obligation since it still pending?
4.can we argue on pathway to be created out side two house in collectors court?
5.WILL I GET JUSTICE?

I have recieved a notice from the postal customs officer / commisioner regarding a product i have ordered from the USA. The product is tobacco made by dunhill. They have written in the notice that it is a product prohibited for import but on the official mumbai customs website itself they state that a passenger can carry 250 gms free of duty while coming to india. Kindly note, i have ordered it by post and not personally carrying it. Also, when i searched the net , i could not find one place where it is written that import of tobacco for personal use is prohobited or banned. Also, i do not want to sell/ resale it is for personal use and value is only 40 US dollars. Now they are threatening me with penal action under section 112(a) . What should i do. What is my stand . Is it really prohibited. If yes under which act/section ?? Please help .. This is top most urgent .. Thanks in advance !!

I am 31 yr girl , I was to get married in December 2015 but my fiance broke up the marriage before 20 days . He fooled me for almost 2 yeras .I am still suffering because of what he did to me . I am suffering mentally and emotionally . It all started with a arrange marriage proposal in Feb 2014 and in between had too many up and downs between both families and us as well . He pretend that he want this marriage and we were engaged in April 2015 . In this whole duration he exploited me mentally , emotionally and sex**lly . I tried talking to him and make him understand not to do this to me . He cancelled the marriage before 20 days and that day also he keeps on saying he will marry me . But he broke everything . I am broke and still unable to get over things . I wanted to take step but because of being in a society like me , I kept everything with myself and keep on trying to make him understand . But in return I only get harsh words . He says I am mentally ill , I should go and get treated. He keeps on saying he never liked me . He used me sexually , even 20 days before he did the same . I am suffering each day and for the first time in last 8 months I told my sister about everything . I can't live like this . I was very strong person , I have never done wrong neither aLlowed ever . This is killing me the way he cheated me . I feel like kill myself since I am unable to do anything . I want justice and I want him to get the punishment for cheating me . I was never been in any relationship ever in my life . This whole situation has made me emotionally, mentally weak . I begged him not to do this to me .since its been about 9 months and still I am suffering . I was scared how everyone will react and was unable to tell anyone . I have been a good girl in every respect . It was something out of my league . I cried and begged but only got words like shameless , mentally sick , psychological ill . I am letting him go like this is killing me from inside day by day . Please help me . If still I can do anything. I want justice and to let everyone know what he did to me . Everytime I wanted to take a step everyone told me it is India and you will never get justice .you will only be manipulated and only you will be made characterless. These are also the reason , I didn't said anything but I can't take the pain anymore . How I will prove and what I have to say I don't know . But I am in too much of pain . I left my job and my life has become meaningless . He destroyed my self confidence and everything . He literally broke me after what he did to me . Please help me and suggest me what I can do . I wan to stand for myself . Its late , I know but can I have any hope .
Please help me .

Sir,
I filled a suit is MSME facilitation centre after 10 days of limitation period. Centre given notice to me asking explanation that your case is time barred.Meanwhile the party released 50 % of debit amount to me. Please reply :- is this party again comes in regular period (Limitation period) ?? and advice the reply to be made by me to Centre for recovery of balance due and interest amount.
