I m from West Bengal, working at Bangalore for last 1 year.. and my would be husband is from odisha , working at Bangalore since march of 2015. We want to get married through court marriage at Bangalore. As a address proof we have only rent agreement but rest of our ID documents are from our respective state.please guide us!!

I was in a 2.5 years of relationship with a girl I met at Gwalior. The relationship, the contact, the approach all was done by the girl. While, I always wanted to be just a friend. But she kept forcing and begging me to get into relationship with her. Then she managed to convince me for the same, but on the next day itself we broke up as I told her straight away, not to expect a future with me. Next day again she came back knowing there is no future. She was the one who managed to find me on facebook and contacted me and gave me her number to call her, but as I was not interested I told her I am not having balance and so I cant call you, she took my number, and kept speaking to me for an hour. On the fourth day itself she started calling me to her place saying nobody is here. From the day it began we had fights every week, either that I don’t talk to her enough or any silly thing. Later she started with all the non sense demands like, stop talking to such and such people and all that. Forced me to go to places and to not to go to places as per her wish. She took my passwords of social networking sites and talked to my female friends and spoiled all the friendship of mine with my friends. We had many fights and break ups earlier also. Sometimes she used to blackmail me and said talk to me right now or I'll keep cutting myself (when everything was normal and there was no fight at all) and things like that continued. We kept trying but it didn’t work. I started doing my post graduation course where I had a female friend, who once helped me to solve my issue with my ex. My Ex contacted my friend on facebook and thanked her for the help, but on the other hand she fought with me for talking and sharing it to my friend and asked me to choose between her and my friend, but as have already lost many good friends of mine who were there in my life even before her, I didn’t want to do the same again so I told her, if you have a problem you can leave, I can’t take this anymore. Now I have finally come up with the decision that I won’t be able to stay happy with her and won’t be able to deal with her demands I broke up with her.
But now she and her mother is threatening me and my family of charging us on cheating and rape (though it was she who kept asking me to go to her place when nobody was there. And it was her who came on her own will and i have that messages of her saying the same) and also the girl keep threatening me of suicide. And she has attempted that many a times. They are also blaming everything on my friend who helped me solve the issue with my ex, saying its because of you that everything got spoiled between us. And they keep harassing her either on whatsapp or phonecalls or from fake facebook accounts. I and my family is being tortured by she and her family on daily basis. Beacause of all the threats I have stopped going to the college as they come to my college and harass me even there or take me to their home to mentally harass me. My life is getting wasted just because of the threats they are giving us. While I am having her messages, saying that she was wrong but I am still worried if it will actually be helpful or not. Please help and guide. I am being tortured on daily basis.

We are around ten persons working as project staff in a government organisation. Our term of contract is already expired but we filed court cases for regularisation. Some people got status quo in a case and some of us got the interim relief in another case.
Sir, my questions are..
Whether we can ask for salary hike to organization?
What will be the negative effect of our salary hike application on court case, if any?

I was working in one company for almost 2 yrs (23 months) and then left in December 2014 without serving 3 month Notice period, but intimate them through mail, for that they have stopped my last month's salary also, additionally company was deducting 3500 per month towards sincerity fund which was supposed to get back employee after completing notice period, that sincerity fund also I have gave up, Now company sent me letter after 20 months(in August 2016) asked to pay 70000 plus 18% interest on that from the date of release in 15 days. Kindly suggest me what to do ? If you could share any expert's contact no. or email id will be a grateful.

Hi All,
My father has a agricultural land in rural area of Tamilnadu. This land is under our possession from my great grandfather period from 1930s.In the UDR doc old survey number 123/1 has been subdivided into 123/1a - for� mannaikkatu(plot for building a house) and 123/1b for the agricultural land where we still do agriculture and a new Patta number also given. Adding up the divided survey number land gives the same land� measure of previous survey number in RSR.UDR doc shows only our family members and Patta also changed to our family. Now a 3rd party is claiming that ROR has their name included hence the subdivision of old survey number in UDR and new Patta number is invalid. In RSR doc dated 1960 we found 5 more names of 3rd party along with my grandfathers name and we could not find ROR yet. None of these 3rd party members never lived in our village and only one party is claiming it as his share.Our village is merged with the 3rd party village only for the govt related doc purposes.Now we are clueless about their names added in RSR doc.There is no title deed as it is gramanatham but there is a partition deed made between my father and his brother dated 2008 referring to UDR survey number and UDR Patta number.There is also a sale deed dated 1995 between my father and his co-brothers of our same family.My great grandfather and grandfather passed away so the UDR got transferred directly on my father's brother name.3rd party also made a family partition dated 2014 referring to RSR survey number. Our local lawyer says this will be favourable for the 3rd party as majority of names in RSR belongs to 3rd party.Please advise.
Also it will be more helpful if anyone explain the terms ROR and RSR.Any idea how the 3rd party names are added in ROR and RSR docs when they never possessed these lands?
We also have a written evidence reffering to the survey number of this land which shows that my great grandfather is the owner of the land. This evidence was written in the year 1938 when the neighbouring land owner made a lease agreement with� my great grandfather. In the lease agreement, this land has been identified in my great grandfather's name while marking the four directions for the leased land. 3rd party also do not have any docs other than ROR.

Regarding notice from police officer under crpc 160
Respected Sir,
It is to be submitted that my brother have been working in Malaysia since October 2015.He have received a summon through email for appearing in women cell by SHO of women police cell regarding dowry and harassment case filed by his wife which is completely false and proved by family members .He cannot come due to job obligations.Is it correct to ignore that email and not answer anything in reply?
