Sir,I did my graduation from silliguri by renting a room as paying guest bt my hometown is Kolkata.Now,in govt job verification from it is written that I have to mention those addresses where I had lived for not less than one year at a time.Sir,my confusion starts here.As,I used to visit my hometown address frequently,I never lived there for more than one year at a time.Now the question is should I have to mention my temporary address or not?
If I have to mention the address,then what should be the residential proof?

I and my wife had no child since our marriage from 21 years. therefore brother of my wife gave his minor son [3rd number] to us immediately on his birth in 2013. Since then that son is with us. in 2015, my wife's brother and his wife made declaration of guardianship in our favour which is made on notary paper. I want passport of said son. However, passport office asked appointment of guardian by court. please advice me. I am muslim by religion and stay in bombay, maharashtra.

Sir my name is A. Swarupa rani i got divorce decree in 2015 from my husband as a tripartiate. He took divorce in 2012 but i dont know this bcz i did not receive any notice. By unknowingly i again appealed for divorce but court given me divorce based on my husband divorce decree OP. Now the problem is my name was miss spelled as S. Swaroopa rani in divorce decree, now i am applying for bank jobs based on this divorce decree. So kindly tell me how can i correct this name mistake.

please anybody provide me the recruitment advertisement and bio data or application is differant. Bio data or application format will not speak the terms and conditon. the advertisement notification only speaks about the terms, against the terms of notified advetisment employer should not go and should not add any additional terms/clause in applicaiton format.please advise me.

I just completed my engineering in june 16. A coaching institute came for the campus placement in our college and selected me for the post of the faculty of Chemistry. They gave me an offer letter clearly stating my post to be Faculty Chemistry. But when i joined, they forced me to take maths and other subject classes and only on many requests gave me one Chemistry class but still forced me to continue with the maths classes as well. Now when i refused to continue with other subject classes, they terminated my job.
Also our college had rule that if you get selected by a company then you are not liable to sit for any other placement. Now since I was selected by this institute, i was not allowed to sit for other companies. Now this unjust termination has left me unemployed.
Can the institute be booked for wrongful termination and breach of contract? The problem is that they have not given me appointment letter. The only proofs i have are the offer letter and the bank account for receiving salary.
What's the advice of experts on this? Please mention the IPC section under which they can be booked.

I live in a township where there are about 1500 flats. The builder has taken supply from state electricity board at higher voltage and has installed their own sub meters in the flats. Based on consumption they are billing us at tariff of the electricity board and charging service tax on the bill. Is service tax payable in this case.

We have our fathers property in Moradabad, UP who demised 3 years back and did not leave a will. We are two sisters and a brother and all are married. We would like to know if the sisters have equal right in the property and can our brother forge a fake will and sell the property or mortagage it? He is going through financial issues and we suspect he would do that without our convent.
Also how can we legally stop him from doing the same?
We would like to register the property in the name of all 3 of us and need advice.
Can we send an online notice or registered notice from other state as both of us the sisters don't live in Moradabad.
