sir,
I'm a married man since 2006.
When i was been to chennai in august 2014, i had an affair with a unmarried girl and since we never met after.
In 2015, she contacted me to annonce that she is going to give birth to a child. Obviously it is mine. I asked her to go to my friend's city at karaikal for the birth and she gave birth to a female child.
She asked to take care of the child since her birth and i accepted. She returned to Chennai since then.
Now the child is 18 months old and she wants that i recognise the child as a biological father.
Now all my family learned about this adventure.
What should i do?

If wife is living separately from husband due to frequent arguments and fights and if she doesn't want to go back and live with him and if husband is threatening he will commit suicide if she won't live with him. What should she do? If she files NC against suicide threats what is course of action taken by police? Will they call her husband? Because there is major risk of his committing suicide if police calls him for such complaint.

Hello sir,
My name is wasim and I have disputed 1,52,000/- from Hdfc and 50k from citi bank. After paying the holiday membership within a minute I came to my mind to check the merchant reviews in Google. And I came to know it's a fraud company. So I raised a dispute immediately and blocked my both the cards. But now the banks are asking for refund copy from the merchant but the merchant is fraud and not picking my calls now replaying to my mails.
I want to take a legal action against the bank and the merchant. So please advise me to do the same.

My aunt was married befor 1986, our property is in the name of our grand mother who is not alive right now. As per Andrapradesh 1986 property act, I read that daughter married before 1986 will not have any share in the property. Is that true or any other amendments are there for this where my my aunt can claim share as per property act in Andhra pradesh. Please clarify.

sir in my case there is delay of 21 days in recording statement of eye witness under 161
that witness is yet to be examined
only complainant is examined
The accused filing regular bail and others (comes under 319 crpc)also for anticipatory
what best to do in order to dismiss their bails
The witness is from same village and not a relative of complainant
All accused and complainant from same village
Complainant himself is eye witness with eye witness who is yet to be examined
Is their any supreme court law to cover up the lacuna before examination of such witness and being not a relative of complainant

1. Whats the stamp duty + tax if a husband gifts property (non ancestral) in pune to wife?
2. Whats the stamp duty + tax if that wife (a married sister) gifts the same property (non ancestral) in pune to other married sister ?
Regarding old claims.
One of my known is an employee of Government of Rajasthan and he applied for Encashment of Privilege Leave three times in three years (one may surrender 15 days for encashment every year as per Rajasthan Service Rules} but due to mala fides the Head of Department sat on the applications and did not provide the same. Now
The HOD has changed, Can he ask for said claims again ????
Meanwhile his accumulated Privilege Leaves more then 300 days were lapsed as per rules because his above claims for Leave Encashment of 45 days did not considered by Head of Department concerned during his tenure.
Please advise.
