My land was acquired in the year 1980-81. After the dearh of my father in 2011 , i wanted to sell the land and came to know that it was acquired from the neighbouring land owners. I enquired with the Special Land Acquisition Officer and he told me that the compensation has been paid to the landholder adjascent to my land. The rent receipt upto 2016 is in my name and i have got Land Possession certificate issued by Circle Officer in my name. Can i get my land back as per new act 2013 of land acquisition act. What does law say if compensation of my land has been paid to someone else. The survey map also shows the area of my land clearly marked. How can Land acquisition officer pay compensation of my land to someone else without informing me. Maintenance issues

Hello dear experts,
Can anyone of you suggest me a lawyer in Ernakulam who can understand and Speak Hindi? I have a lot of problem communicating with my lawyer. Also I need your advice on the order of maintenance that, court has ordered maintenance of 7500 per month since the date of filing petition (It's interim decision). I have to go there on 24th September. So please advice what all preparation should I do to avoid ailmony?
My wife has worked in past, but not now. She is graduate, aren't these points enough to deny maintenance for her?
But I do have screenshot of our chats which prove that she is lying in petition. Will screenshot be beneficial in this case? 80â„… allegations are misguiding and I can prove them. Please suggest. Also share Lawyer who can speak and understand Hindi in Ernakulam. Thanks

Consumer protection act and information technology act

Dear Sir,

I am victim of E-fraud committed by renowned e-retailer in India. I over ordered one product on e-commerce site. But after receiving the product, I find that product with lower MRP was sent as I ordered the product of higher MRP. The invoice was also made as per my order but different product was sent. I feel both e-retailer and seller should be held responsible as most of us do not check and compare the ordered and actual product, tag and specification as per order. Now, my question is what are the sections of different act that they should be charge-sheeted. Can I seek compensation under Consumer Protection Act and what would be the maximum amount of compensation ?

I joined a Government Deptt. in the final year of graduation when few months were left for examination.
After joining the department I was issued Admit Card by the University after which I applied for permission from my office, which was granted on ground that I department has no objection if I have completed my attendance.

Sir my query is that if I will appear in any future exam were graduation is required, will I be rejected or harassed by the authorities? Please help me Sir I am in great Dilemma.....
