Dear Experts,
Working mother, lived in an abusive marriage for 4years.
Now moved out and living on my own alongwith my minor female child and filed 13(1)(ia)
Steps I need to take immediately?
1) Do I need to separately file for child custody ? under what section/Act ?
2) Can I claim maintenance for my child ? under what sections or Acts?
3) Any interim relief myself/mychild is eligible for ?

Ours is a 30 year old registered partnership firm with two partners having equal share in profits/losses. Now, one of the partner wants to resign and retire with his share. I am afraid this will lead to dissolution of our firm (since there are only two partners in the firm and one will leave). Please suggest me a solution by which I can continue with same firm and with same name.

श्रीमान जी मेरा प्रश्न यह है की क्या कर्मचारी राज्य बिमा निगम के तहत मृतक के वरिसनो को पेंशन योजना का लाभ मिल रहा है तो कर्मचारी छतिपूर्ति अधिनियम के तहत श्रम न्यायलय में आवेदन प्रस्तुत कर सकता है या नहीं।

Is it possible for my wife to file 498 a under circumstances when she is married for 6 years and was staying with me till last June. We had differences, we discussed for mutual settlement but later wife's family went back on words. They called my wife two months back and today they filed 498a and section 12 on me and my mother which is completely false. Is it possible for her to file this case at her native place where I hv visited last 3.5 yrs back on birth of my child? How can I about 498a I'd she can.....what is current process....kindly share your valuable feedback.....regards Rohit

CAN AN AGRICULTURE LAND IN AP, EAST GODAVARI DISTRICT IN 2011 CAN BE TRANSFERRED OR REGISTERED WITHOUT PATTADAR PASSBOOK.
1. CAN A SALE DEED CAN BE REGISTERED WITHOUT ANY LINK DOCUMENTS.
2. IF THE REGISTER HAS REGISTERED A LAND WITHOUT ANY LINK DOCUMENTS OR ANY OTHER PROOF WHAT CAN WE DO

Sir in a petition being filed by me for execution of a money decree the JD was declared ex parte after the objections were being filed by him and is likely to file an application for setting aside the order on the next date after a period of 50 days from the date of order .Is the move of JD is legally sustainable or we can object the same and under which order and rule ?

Section 448 or 454/457 of i.p. c
I am from Jamshedpur but stay in Mumbai for occupational purpose.
On my recent visit to Jamshedpur, I found iron grill and window of my bathroom were cut open and valuables were missing.
Upon enquiry from security in charge, I learnt that my neighbour flat owner in my absence and without my permission had hired labour and got some plumbing work done alleging that water leaking from tap was damaging his flats wall.
I approached him to enquire that what exactly had happened or what work he got done in my house by breaking window grill.
He said he did what was required and I could do whatever I wanted to do.
Aggrieved I approached police to register a case under 454/457/380/120B.
Police visited p.o. and have registered a case under 448/380/120b.
There has been a theft after house breaking so which section it shall attract.
120b as he hired people for alleged work.
Will it be 448 or 454 or 457?
police should register charges under which section?
I named neighbour as suspect.
