I need help to find right civil lawyer in Nellore. I was told that most of the lawyers in neloore make deals with other party and make us lose the case. Anyone one good lawyers in Nellore and how to make sure the work honestly ?

Dear Lawyer,
we are filing for divorce with mutual consent u/s 13B.We arrived at a compromise according to which she has agreed for dissolution of marriage on the payment of a particular amount.Now what else she can claim u/s 13B.

Can a relinqueshment deed be made in favour of a particular cosharer.
If there are five cosharer A B C D E of property, can A B C relinquesh in favour of D only. Kindly inform citations.

We have 1 acre gairmazarua dhekedar land by Bettiah Maharani.
The land in our position since 120 years.
Mutation is updated.
But Circle office is telling this land is not transferable & after transfer mutation will not done.
What is the fact & what r the rules?

on behalf of one of My Client I attend the vat assessment for 01.04.2014-2015. He is a civil contractor. He is registeredd in WB Vat Act. He has no any contractual income. The Transaction is Nil. Only Starting June' & Sep'14 Nil Return has been submitted.In Income Tax File he shown Business Income Head Genaral order supply of sand, Bricks & Stone Rs. 85200/- and Gross Sale is 430300. His June & September Qtr. of 2014 is submitted as nil Return., He has a Bank current A/c in the Firm name but not shown in Income tax File. In Current A/c Rs. 70000/- Deposited for small Contract Job for which no TDS & STDS is Deducted. The Current A/c is not shown in Balance sheet of F.Y.-2014-15.In Balance Sheet Under Bussiness Income Head General order Supply Income & Truck Plying Income Rs. 188900/- shown and Gross Receipts from Truck plying Income is shown Rs. 1111200/- & exps. there on 922300/-. I submitted Balance Sheet & I.T. Return to Sales Tax Officer. He says that He will impose penalty on Gross sale of General order Supply & Truck Plying Income. A Huge amount of tax he will calculate. Now I am in Great Tention. Please any body say how i will stop the s t officer to impose tax? I am waiting of reply of any consultant. My Email ID-santoshsharmas65@gmail.com

I have one query... I am from defendent side. I appered in the matter at evidence stage. Previously lawyer was different. I am giving notice of advocate which is send to plaintiff by previous lawyer. But i dont have origional notice. Hence i am submitting xerox copy of previous advocate notice xerox copy in court as a evidence. My client is saying that origional copy of notice is with his previous lawyer and he is not providing it to him.
So my quary is whether i can say to the court that my xerox copy be treated as a secondary evidence. And it may be exhibit ed. Can court permit me ?

I wanted to purchase one land in RR district Telengana state.
I came to know that the this land is in PT Records. so I asked a certified copy of record from MRO and they issued MEMO containing the following . Can you please check and advise me should I purchased this land or not

the request of the petitioner has been examined with reference to the scanned PT register available in this office and certified copy of the WASOOL BAQUI vide reference 2nd cited issued by the inspector survery and land records ranga reddy district and details are as under.
1. sy.no. 8 & 9 of venkatapure village are found in the PT register.
2. On verification of the WASSOL BAQUI vide reference 2nd cited it is found that sy.no. 8 and 9 are the new survey numbers halaya no corresponding to mazi no(old) sy.no. 6 & 7 of venkatepur thus with reference to wasool baqui vide reference 2nd cited sy.no. 8 and 9 new are not found in the available scanned copy of the pt register of this office hence informed.

Dispute for guarantee in an account which has become NPA
Hello my father in a good will gesture signed a guarantee mortaging his floor for an OD to his friend. The period defined was 1 year. The account has been used by his friend for his business interest in which my father has no role. This account has since become NPA as his friend has not been paying the bank. The bank now wants to start proceedings for recovery. How can I save his floor. His age is 65 plus.
