Respondent Builder obtained favourable orders from national commission which was upheld by SC .now we have found under RTI rplis&documents that respondent obtained orders by perjury giving false information in affidavit to consumer flora&NC
Can we file writ under s-195&340 of Cr CPCto High court to sqash the order of national Commission?.
I am given to understand that civil writ under Article226/227&151 of CPC is not applicable to consumer lfora&National commission.
What is the remedy to sqash the order obtained by fraud on Judiciary?

Hey. I've been dating this guy named Om for two months now. He was once married and has a three year old daughter, However his wife is staying away from him for the last 2.5 years. We really want to get married, though she is a good woman he says, but in their 5 years of marriage, they have never been happy, it has been traumatizing for him. He has left home earlier, but that's no solution. Lately her wife came to know about our affair, and even when he's tried to convince her about a divorce, she won't agree. After 2.5 years she wants to come back and basically she kept his family happy, they don't really have a strong reason to split, but this man would prefer committing a suicide rather than staying with her. She disturbs his mental peace & his family loves her. Also my boyfriend got a threatening call from a police station saying if they continue asking for a divorce, they'll charge him with dowry & adulteration charges. He is in so much stress, please help.

I had purchased a flat from a builder which serial number is B1. During purchase the builder had confirmed the flat is free from all the dues and the same had been mentioned on the registry copy also. Based on the registry copy, one nationalized bank has given the housing loan to me.
Later another nationalized bank had pasted a notice on my flat door that the flat number A1 has been mortgaged (before I purchased the flat) by the builder and due to non-repayment of the loan, the bank will auction the flat. We approached the bank to inform them that they have pasted the notice on the wrong door (my flat serial number is B1) as A1 flat is my neighbor flat. But the bank confirmed that as per the location on the mortgage registry copy, it’s my flat and serial number does not matter.
Then we approached to the builder and he confirmed that he had taken a loan by fudging the document. Now on following up with builder he is saying he does not have money.
We have filed a FIR under section 420 against the builder and charge sheet has been filed. But seems builder has some political influence so there is not much progress in my case.
Question –
What should we do to make a progress in the case?
As builder’s sons worked in MNCs what the action taken be taken against them?

Original suit of title
Exact Case is my relatives file case against my father not to enter in to their ancestral property forcibly.
But they don't have any legal heirship certificate or any death certificate to prove that they are the legal heirs to the owner of the ancestral property.
They partitioned the property through unregistered partition deed. Under Section 17 of the Registration Act, registration of partition deed is compulsory.
My father has the legal heirship certificate issued by the Tahsildar.
Grand father of my father has right over the ancestral property based on the original patta.
Tahsildar issued legal heirship certificate stating that my father was the legal heir of his grand father.
None of my relatives have no legal heirship certificate which we are ready to prove in the Hon'ble Court.
My relative's grand father are also have right. But my relatives have no death certificate or legal heirship certificate to prove that they are their legal heirs.
Without informing my father they partitioned illegally and wantonly cheated my father without giving share and registered their sale deeds.
In that situation when my father enquired about this, they filed the Original Suit jointly.
I therefore request the LCI members to assist me in the following grounds -
(a) Can 3 different plaintiffs having
(i) 3 different metes and bounds of properties;
(ii) 3 different sale deeds
file Original Suit (OS) against the defendant (my father) jointly.
(b) If they file OS jointly, how will the stamp duty for filing original suit will be calculated as each and every property has 3 different types of measurements in square feet and also different land values.
