sir, i was about construct a house and obtained building sanction plan now. I am running out of fund now can i rent the vacant plot for rent please answer me since the building plan period is not over can i rent it according to law in BBMP limits

Hi, there ia one guy who was married in 2014 but they are not happy. Guy want to split with her. But she denies to split because of luxury. They don't have any physical relationship also. Now she lived with her parents but she is not ready to give him divorce. Is there any grounds for divorce. "We always support women but every time man is not wrong sometime women also wrong " plz help him.

Dear sir,
I had filed one case in district consumer forum and the date was fixed for evidence of the complainant following which I submitted my evidence on affidavit in the LD forum I also filed one petition under section 13(4) of the cp act for summoning the op to produce the evidence which I feared is in the possession of the oposite party and the opposite party would not produced in the court but the LD court rejected my petition and fixed the day for evidence of the opposite party sir it is obvious that the op would not produced the documents which was asked from my end under section 13(4) of the cp act and it is very important for the interest of justice I request you what step should be taken from my end regarding the same

Sir, My uncle father purchased property after his death only son acquired same property and later gifted to his cosine brother sons ( purchased property belongs to cosine brother) , my uncle sons have any rights to claim the grand father property in this case, now they are try take property after 22 years

Dear all,
Is there any way to get the property share transfer of of ex.husabnd on childerens name?It is oneof the point in MCD,the propery is bought by all ch payment by me but his name also was registered due to threat from him that he wont stay in the property bought.
Now he is reluctant to obey even court direction of to be present at registrar and sign,he is just passing time not attending court,arrest warant also been issued,can he go in appeal/or should i go in appeal as he is not fullfiling consent terms.
Please advise.

Hi.. I am planning to purchase a shop from the builder in a newly constructed residential cum commercial building in Navi Mumbai.
I would like to know what are the precautions to be taken and what documents are required to be checked. Also whether there are any statutory compliance requirements under Shops & Establishment Act. I will be giving it on rent. Hence, I presume there will be no Labour law requirements. Please advise.

Dear sir,
We want to take few acres of D form lands belongs to tribals on lease for cultivation in AP. We proposing to add one tribal In our company with minimum share and take the lease agreement on company name represent by his name. Will there be any legal issues if any disputes arises by him in future.
