I'm a working as asst professor in a Pvt Delhi college and my husband working in a pvt company in Chandigarh as Team Lead cum Legal Advisor. He told me that his work nature demands him to stay at S.Africa for business purposes for a few months, on which he never showed me that in future he intends to settle for 3 years in S.Africa. Its been 9 months till now since our marriage and we hardly lived together even for a month together. Before marriage it was also agreed between us that I will continue to work in Delhi till he assures me equally respectable job at Chandigarh,so that we can stay together at one place. I kept sending him my resume but till date he never made any efforts for getting me a job in Chandigarh.Inspite of staying apart due to the risk of losing my job, I kept visiting my matrimonial house whenever I got leave from my pvt job. During these 9 months ,my husband has always ignored me and has always raised issues on one or the other pretexts (on phone). In the meantime, whenever he visited Delhi for his job purpose, he rarely visited my house in Delhi and instead used to call me to a hotel in which he used to stay on behalf of his company. Although I went there 2 twice ,but later on refused to meet him at hotel, due to which he had the complaint from me that I don't want to meet him.Not only this, he pressurised me to stay with him in S.Africa otherwise he would get divorce. We hardly stayed together for a month. Now again we had an altercation on phone and this time he and his family members have blocked all my and my family members numbers. And if I tried to contact even any of his relatives they are not giving any satisfactory answer.Earlier also he warned me not to step at his place. Now after blocking me, without any intimation ,he filed RCR petition against me in a Chandigarh court concealing the fact to the court that his wife is working. When I contacted one of his aunts about knowing intentions of my Husband and In- Laws whether to allow me to enter my matrimonial house if I reach 2 days earlier to date of hearing in Chandigarh with a purpose to stay with him, on which she told me that their house is locked and maintained silence on the fact that whether they will be available on the date of hearing. I am undergoing a huge mental stress as none of them is ready to clear the intentions expressly as whether he really has any intention to stay together or he filed RCR just as a matter of strategy? On the earlier pretexts his mother kept taunting me that I didn't got any thing from my house, and insisted me to open Joint account with my husband for which I refused later.I want to continue the marriage,if he intend to continue but not at the risk of losing my job in Delhi because their behaviour is very suspicious. Now ,someone please suggest me whether I should go at his place before the next date of hearing? And what should I do in case they don't allow me to enter? Or Is it better to take divorce from him?.. Please help me, I am undergoing a lot of mental torture.

my father is working in Punjab state govt. department(pspcl)my father has filed a case against a lady working in his department of sec 138 in bathinda chief judicial magistrate. Later we came to know about that against that lady , 7 more cases of sec 138 in same court are filled by different persons and financiers. And one case is filed in other district, where the settlement is done after paying the money back in lok adalat by the lady to the person. It seems that she makes this as a profession by taking money from innocent people on interest and giving them cheque as a security. Later she deny to pay back the money and giving them threat of sue in court for sexual harassment. There is only 3 month left in father's retirement and that lady make a false complaint to the department chairmen of sexual harassment and the retirement benefit should be stopped and give it to me as a compensation and the all matter should be examined by human rights dep. The chairmen transferred the complaint to the related department after receiving that complaint the related department ask from her for explanation details for the same. but she did not give any explanation and said that this complaint should be considered as my explanation. the related dep. noting all these complaints in father's service book/personal book. the senior officers of my father's office advice my father to do not take any action till retirement date. are they suggesting me right ?? also the senior officer also threatened by the lady with same complaints.

Respected Sir/Madam,
I am a Contractual (renewable after every 6 months and can terminate any time) Lecturer in Electrical Engineering at Asansol Polytechnic (Govt. of WB) and now pay a remuneration of Rs.21,400/- p.m. (Basic Pay only).
From beginning of this job, I was posted at BPCIT (Govt. of WB). After 9½ years there, for nothing I was transferred to Asansol Polytechnic more than 3½ years ago. BPCIT was 200 kms. away from home and approx. 6 hours journey in one way in different modes and Asansol Polytechnic is 300 kms. away from home and approx. 8½ hours journey in one way in different modes.
I am from a very rural area. In both cases, I was/am bound to stay at working place alone.
Repeatedly, I did apply before, through proper channel (in both times) for a nearby posting without any good result. Almost all other contractual lecturers are either posted near to home or who were at somewhat away are transferred to nearby their homes.
From beginning we are paid remuneration equal to Basic Pay at that time only. Work load is very heavy.
I had written to the Hon’ble National Human Rights Commission. They replied with refusal to interfere as it is a service matter. Earlier West Bengal Human Rights Commission did not reply even.
In home, I have ailing father (80+), mother dead, wife (home maker), daughter (XII, Science) and son (class V). They are insecure at night and daughter very good in education lacking guide. Authority knows these very well through my transfer applications.
I am also over 50. As job situation in West Bengal is very very grim, I am not able to leave it.
If I move to West Bengal Administrative Tribunal (acute shortage of judges) praying nearby transfer, it will take very prolong time possibly without result.
May I move to suitable civil/criminal court praying justice to make an end of such type of gross harassment ?
Please do advice. Thank you.

I'm working as asst professor at a Delhi College and my husband working as Legal Advisor cum Team Lead in a pvt hospital in Chandigarh . Before marriage I was told that he may have to go to Africa for his business purpose for a month. Therefore,it was clearly agreed between us that I will not leave my job for Africa and that I will stay with him at his place in Chandigarh if he gets me equally respectable job there. Soon a marriage, he started ignoring me. Its been 9 months till now and he made no efforts to secure my job in Chandigarh. However in the meantime I still visited his place whenever I got leave from my college.During these times he argued thrice with me on my refusal to leave my job and to stay with him in Africa and he hardly stayed with me for a month in total. Now for the past 3 months,he and his entire family blocked my ( as well as my entire family 's) numbers. In the meantime he filed RCR against me without any warning/ informal notice to me.I didn't go on Ist hearing but contacted one of his near aunt to know whether he would allow me to enter if I go there before the date of hearing on which she told me that his (rented) house is locked and kept silent on asking whether it will be locked on date of hearing too. Therefore ,Is it a ryt decision to go at his place before the next date of hearing, since none of them are ready to tell what's there in his mind.I want to stay with him but not at the cost of losing my job for him since his behaviour is suspicious.

Greetings Respected Members and Experts!
I made a sales agreement with a Seller 2.5 Years back for its farm land of 4 Bighas. Seller purchased land 30 years back with his relatives. "Batwara" is completed without conflict from 65 members of family of total 80 Bigha land. Sellers own share is 8 Bighas. He has living wife and4 sons and major grand sons too.
In old and new land records Sellers Wife, Son & Grandsons name is not mentioned i.e. Seller is single owner.
ISSUE: Issue here is seller now under pressure of his son(His son has murdered a person 20 years back) refusing to make registered deed of whole 4 bigha as per agreement and stating that he will sell only 1 bigha. His son is threatening me not to make deed, niether ready to refund.
Though I have paid amount for 2 bighas in white by NEFT and cheque transfer.
Sellers sons are forcing seller to first Make Registered Deed on his sons name and later on make deed with me for remaining land which could be lesser than the Notarized Agreement made on100 Rs. Stamp 4 times in sequence.
What are my rights here. Can I take Stay on the property. I need an experienced lawyer from Ajmer Rajasthan.
I am planning to first make registered deed for offered 2 bigha, take posession. Take Stay on rest of the property and file a private complaint against seller, his son and whole family and take a restraining order.

Hi,
I had purchased a property in year 2000. I paid the appropriate stamp duty at that time, but did not register property due to lack of knowledge. I have even got the Adjudication done in 2016.
I want to know if I can register the property now?
If yes, what is the process and procedure?
What would be the penalty and how it is calculated?

Can I buy my wife,'s flat with the help of bank. Will bank provide me home loan. So that wife can get money.? Please suggest.
Dv and dowry act
My father passed away in 2009 and we belong to a Hindu Rajput family of Bihar origin.
He has three sons, two daughters and a wife. All his children are married. The eldest brother Sunil stays in Mumbai and works there. The two sisters are also married and one lives in UP and the other sister in Bihar but in a different place than the native home. The younger brother Ravi and the youngest brother Mohan live in the native home in Bihar. The youngest brother Mohan takes care of the mother and she stays with her. She is suffering from a serious disease but is doing well. The younger brother Ravi and his wife are not behaving well with the mother. The house in which they live is in the name of the mother and it is registered in her name. The younger brother Ravi is living happily with his wife in the same house and has two children on one floor.
Due to the bad behaviour of the younger brother Ravi and his wife, mother wants to send them out of the house and evict them. When she say this to the younger brother Ravi, he says that I will implicate everyone in Domestice violence Act and Dowry Act. There is high probability of Ravi doing this in future. The younger brother Ravi and youngest brother Mohan got married after father died. The youngest sister also got married after the father died. Father got Sunil and his eldest daughter married while he was alive.
How can I prepare from now itself so that when the younger brother Ravi files the DV and Dowry case against the eldest brother and his family, youngest brother and his family, mother and the family of sisters so that the case can be proved false and foiled?
What are the legal options for my mother to get the younger brother Ravi evicted from the house in which he is living?
Can the eldest and the youngest brother not file DV and dowry case against the younger brother Ravi?
We have ancestral property and some property in the names of the three brothers whis is mostly agricultural land. The three brothers have signed on a 1000 rupee stamp paper that they agree to divide the mentioned property in the stamp paper which is in the names of three brothers in equal shares among the three. The stamp paper has not been notarised. For ancestral property the three sons are already legal owners after father and for individual property they three have already consented in the signed stamp paper. My question is even if the 1000 Rupees not notarised, is this still a valid document and can it be taken in court and is it legally binding for the three brothers? Can the agreement be notarised now and a copy handed over to each of the brothers? What else can be done to make the agreement on Rs 1000 stamp paper more valid and binding. If Sunil and Mohan want to initiate division of the ancestral and name property how can they initiate even if Ravi does not agree to go for it?
Sometimes, Ravi says that mein chawallis karwa dunga on the agricultural land so that no one uses it for some time for cultivating crops. What is this chawallis? Is it some section of the IPC and what is the full name? Is it 44, or 144 or anything else?
Ravi also withdrew money from the mother's joint account by forged signature and also sold the soil of the agricultural land of Sunil without consent and earned 4-5 lakhs of Rupees because Sunil stays in Mumbai. These incidents happend 3-4 years ago. What can be done now?
Ravi is also forcibily using the Agricultural Tractor to earn his livelihood which is in the name of mother. Mother does not get a single penny from the income earned from the Tractor. What can be done by the mother?
