Please give me the difference between Adopted Son and Foster Son's rights and liabilities over the ancestral property.
Can a "Foster Son" claim the ancestral property of his late foster father?
Please give referance of case law or Act...

One of my Clint have purchased a property on October 2007 for Rs. 656000 +44000(registration charges) = Rs. 7 lac. Sold that property for Rs. 1050000/-in March 2009. He did not file ITR that time. Before sell that property invest Rs. 125000/- for finishing & furnishing of that property in Dec-2007.
ITO send him a notice u/s 148. he is unable to prove sources of purchase because somebody else made this transaction on his name. I want to know how much tax & penalty they will charge on him. Is there any way to save or minimise tax & penalty.
Dear Sir, Somebody else means- one of his known earn profit by sell- purchase of this property on his name. Actually that time my Client was not aware about rules & regulations of Income tax.

Can you please tell me if it is possible to travel abroad as tourist with a passport having police address verification remarks or objection.
Will this create any problem in immigration in India or in the destination country.

Sir, mere Papa 4 Bhai hai.Papa sab SE bade nabalig SE hi Dada ke sath business me rahe .us time hamara Ghar ka siwa much nahi tha. Uske baad hi sab property kharida.lekin sab dadi ke naam par hai.ab pata laga hai ki Dada chuke SE 20 khata khet ekbchaha ke naam SE kar rahe hai...Dada dadi dono abhi hai.. Ab kya karna chahiye...aur iska pata kaise lagaye...

My uncle (Mama) has taken 5 lakhs Rupees from my father, and due to family relationship we didn't make any documents for the same, but now he is not ready to pay money.
He has got Rs.5 stamp paper in 2005 , on his name to execut agreement for money but we didn't make.
But unfortunately we got the blank stamp paper which he has purchased on his name,
Can we write on that and execute the same and file a case ???
Will we get succeed??

I married on 2009 april.. she leaves my house on sept 2010..
After failure of all negotiations i filed divorce under 13 (1)(i),(i-a),(i-b) on may 2014.. after getting that she filed 498a on 16 th sept 2014.. and seized the dowri articles from my parental home in presence of police. even i was arrested and in jail for 3 days ie. from 6th oct to 8th oct 2014. she also filed maintenance case at that same time.. but after 2 years till now no date has come.. its already 6 years of separation..
Can i marry again.. or any procedure to take permission from court to remarry before finalize of divorce case...

My name is Shashank vajjula. I'm from Hyderabad. Me and my wife got married in arya samaj. My wife was pursuing her MS in usa. She didn't inform her parents and came to India to marry. We got married and the next day her parents came to know about our marriage. They came to meet us at the hotel where we were residing. They were shocked and depressed by our marriage but didn't separate us. My wife was with me for a week and she had to return back to usa because of her examination. Everything was good between me and wife. After a month we had a quarrel and she informed the same to her parents. Her parents took advantage of it and emotionally blackmailed her and made her stop talking to me. I now don't have any option to contact her. My in laws say that she doesn't want to stay with me and they want a mutual divorce, which I didn't agree.. After a discussion between my family and my in less , they asked me to stop talking to for some time so that she would change her mind. It's been six months still I didn't talk her. It was a gimmick played by my in laws. They were behaving as an oxymoron. I have had many conversations with my in laws apologizing for the quarrel which I had with my wife, but they just being prejudice. What can I do now legally. My whole Intension Is to sustain my marriage. I would request the experts to suggest me on how to proceed. Thanks in advance.

hi, I am from Maharashtra, the question is, a gift deed is to be made in favour of sister-in-law by her brother-in-law as the brother is expired i.e. devar apne bhabhi ke naam ghar karna chahata hai ..bhabhi ke pati uani mere bhaisahb gujar chuke hai..can it be done?? and what will the procedure for it i.e. stamp duty and other necessary charges.. kindly help me in this regard.

I am a banker, I have an account having a working capital of Rs. 5.6 cr, which my borrower has got enhanced to Rs. 6.5 cr and a term loan for Rs. 4 cr, so how much the stamp duty will be paid, the additional 4.9 cr exposure or the entire exposure of 10.5cr because I have been suggested by some body that whenever a new facility is added then the stamp duty for eq mortgage is to b filed on the entire amount. Pl clarify.
