Devolution of property aftee death

My husband purchased a flat in the year 2008, but registered it on my mother inlaws name. We are residing with father inlaw, mother inlaw and our 6 years old son. Due to some family reason, i apprehend the future dispute regarding divolution of property, as my husband have one married sister. And my husband has kept all the propery, shares, fixed deposites and other savings on her name. How does the property will devolve after her death? Is our interest secure for future??What if she makes Will as per her choice resulting injustice to us??Do we have any measures to prevent or challenge if it happens at all? And what if she dies intestate???how it will devolve among us??advice if any?

79a process present of pmc and non members allowed?

If the building is going for redevelopment and the society is in process of 79A i have list of following question.

1. Can a PMC or the Non Member be present in the meeting of the 79A process as per MCS Act.Can PMC Take over the meeting instead of chairman.

2. If the chairman is not present in the meeting but info given he was present in the meeting.

3. Is registrar called as only chief guest to just come and sit like a statue and dont speak anything or who has got some role and duties and responsbility at the meeting? What things he has to perfom in the meeting?

4.What if the question asked in the meeting are not put onto record in recording process

5.Has the recording to be kept on continous and every question and query raised by member has to be covered in the recording of 79A by the videographer.?

6.What kind of report the registrar has to make after the meeting ?

What if the rules are violated for 79A process then what action can be inititaed

Land dispute

Sir
We are staying in a house which was constructed in gramakantam lands in a village for last 100 years. We don't have any registered document for that house other than house tax bills collected by Panchayat.
Now my neighbouring people are claiming some land which is under my house shade. I want to construct a wall in this site. They are objecting. They are also staying in gramakantam lands.
I request to guide me to proceed ahead.....
