SIR I HAVE A CRPC 107/116 CASE FILED AGAINST ME ON 22-10-2016 AND I HAVE BEEN SELECTED FOR A GOVERNMENT JOB DO IN POLICE VERIFICATION I HAVE TO MENTION THIS AND WILL IT CREATE ANY HINDRANCE IN MYSELF GETTING A GOVERNMENT JOB.

good morning to all, I studied in a matriculation higher secondary school from LKG to ninth standard. In ninth standard I was poor in education along with eleven other members, so the school decided to take us to write the SSLC exams privately and gave us ninth TC which is certified as promoted. Then the school arranged a seperate class room for us and teached us SSLC stateboard syllabus and make us to write SSLC exams privately, Because the School don't want to loose its reputation and ranking. After we passed SSLC private again the school joined us in +1 and +2 as usual. Then after schooling i studied LLB 5 years course and passed. Now i applied for enrollment, the bar council returned my application because of my tenth private... Am I Eligible? I cant understand what is going on... guide me please....

Whether a magistrate can set aside the order of maintenance granted earlier under s. 125 crpc on the premise that permanent alimony was granted at the time of passing order of divorce?

thanks for accepting me as a part of your group.. respected members, my wife has filed a case against me in caw cell,she is very beautiful and i am just ordinary looking, i dont know still why she agreed to marry me, she never allowed me sex, but i never felt bad, she said she is shy.. but after 1 year when i asked her we should have a baby now.. she started fighting and then slowly she took all her jewellery back to her home saying she will wear them in her friends marrage.. after than she dint came back home. when i went to her home, her mother insulted me saying my daughter wants divorce and ask ur parents to give us 30 lakhs.else will file a case against you... now the case is under caw, she has given a false streedhan list , even more than her original jewellery and i have no proff that she took the jewellery back to her home during her time to time visit.. what shall i do.. plz guide me

This is regarding Document Valid/NULL,
We are staying in Slum Area @ Dahisar City Mumbai, in our Area Slum Redevelopment and Rehabilitation Schemes - SRA process is going on., our Promoter/Builder have Provided Document FORM and requested to Sign on it from all dwellers residing in our area in 2012 and Collected all the Residential Document Proof from us. he had not processed the document further and also there was no Date mention but he had done Franking on it., now all of sudden after 3yrs suddenly SRA people have put Numbering on each Home and Started the Survey of Area., and started collecting Doc and Finger print from all dwellers. but our Promoter had not informed us.
My Question is that Document what we have submited to our promoter 3 yrs back is valid or its NULL and VOID / can he use same old document with New Franking and submit it to SRA.

Lawyer is asking for original registry papers he wants to retain it till Mutation, (dakhil kharij) is it actually required, or photo copy of sale deed is sufficient.

Same property no for two near by properties
Dear Expert, I need urgently the below clarification.
There was one common private property & one number allotted earlier (No.100) with the common passages. after dividing 2 generations, it got split & in that splitted property one more share of other party is purchased by my dad through a seperate sale deed (in 1957) which no is not mentioned in sale deed. but the property is little 30ft distance to the our property. BBMP has allotted the same no.(100/1) for both the properties. Now when we go & ask for khatha transfer, they are telling that same no can't be allotted to the two different properties & rejecting the khatha transfer. How do I go about it.
