I want to know that if appeal in high court is rejected. Then is it re-appealed. If we can re-appealed then when is the good time to appeal it..again.

Hi All,
Last month I have bargained one house for purchase with a builder. After seeing the house, I have given 5000/- as token advance to him and got house/site papers Xerox to my home. I did not take any signature on any paper for the token advance 5000/- paid to him. After seeing those papers I got many doubts on my mind (as there are violations in measurements between paper values and reality). I called that builder and clearly said that I am not willing to take deal to further level. I am dropping off. At that time he said he will give back my advance.
From last one month I am calling him time and again and he is not lifting my phone. Even if he is lifting he is saying that he cannot give as I have not purchased house of his and I have gone back on my words.
Could you please guide me what should I do now to get my 5000/- ? other than telephone voice recordings I don’t have any other proof of giving 5000/- to him. Is there any way I can approach legally and get my money back ?

Is any member can gift his/her flat to one child out of two/three children through gift deeds. Is NOC required from other legal heirs before housing society issue any NOC to such member.
What is housing society's role in such case

My father purchased a bit of land. The land is registered first in our name. the owner who sold to us sold the same land to others also. Now we are not allowed on our land. When we approached police they asked us to come through court by filing a case on them. on what sections we have to book case so that it will make a strong one.

About me:I'm a B.Tech student currently in third year.
I was friend with a girl since 8 months &due to some misunderstandings she cut off me.
But I could not cope up with it& started harassing her by phone calls & sms & even blackmailing that I will commit suicide.
I did not threaten any dire consequences to her.
A complaint was filed to college principal,since the principal is known to my father,he didn't take any action.
Thus,they have filed complaints to PS& FIR has been registered u|s 354A,354D,509
What shall be my immediate steps to take to protect myself?
Also my university exams are beginning on Monday next week.
Ive never been to a PS,nor ever involved in a offence,im scared& afraid of this.
Ive not told my parents about this,since my dad had cardiac arrest last week.

My mother expired on 30/8/2016.
My mother has property in her place and now also it is there (A). after marriage she moved to her husband own house (B) and expired in my father home (B) . address noted in death certificate is B .
How to claim her properties from mother place A when once her address as noted in death certificate is B.father expired in 2012

how to show amount earned by selling agricultural land
My mother have ancestoral agricultural land since 25 yrs in village at a distance 25km from city. In the month of July- Aug 2016 they sold the agriculture land in 1500000. Please guide me whether these amount is taxable or not? and also tell me how to show these amount ,my mother is illetrate house wife and have no any bank account ,is this amount credited to my father account?
