Dear Sir/Madam,
In 2007 I have registered a document which contain correction to the previously registered document in 2004. In the correction document 2nd witness signature is missing in the last page where photos and thumb prints captured. Request you to clarify if this invalidates the Registration.

a road passes between my land and another person. The road was not used properly as it was not built in proper way. The other person made their house and gradully enterd to my land. Now the road is clear and is used by other side of their land. what should i do to get my land free.

Sir my in Bihar my caste is in sc , but in centrl list my caste is in obc. So what should fill in the form of SSC chsl which is a central level xam. Plz answer..????

1-Applicant applied for permanent Injunction order in civil court( because his land was being illegally possessed) and it was issued on 06-02-2014 by civil court.The ad-interim injunction order is extended date to date.
But on 18-12-2014 applicant gave application for its further extension.
Civil Court reader has numbered the application and indexed it,but he did not extended it in order sheet.0n 18-12-2014 judge was also on leave.But applicant came to know that it was not extended.
On next date the defendant lawyer raised objection 6-C on it.
2-No hearing was done on 6-C till date.
3-The above matter is about the declaration suit filed by two brothers in which a decree was issued in 1995 specifying the boundary(North, South, East, West) but no measurement map was given to court.
4-In 09-02-2000 an acknowledgement letter(photocopy) was given by elder brother to younger brother specifying measurements with two witness.
5-One of the witness has expired till date.
6-The applicant has given the photocopy of the acknowledgement letter in the court case specified in point 1 above.
7-The second witness has given a notarized affidavit in court stating that the acknowledgement letter is true and was made in his presence.
8-Applicant gave a notice to deponent under Order 12 rule 4 to accept the evidence(photocopy of the acknowledgement letter).
9-My lawyer told me that since no hearing is done on 6-c and no issues are made on case therefore the second witness cannot be presented in court.
10-The second witness is 65 years old.
11-Can a registered will be taken from second witness about his statement?

Sir I am working for a ltd company as Regional Manager everymonth our salary used to get credited on last working day, this month for all other staff it got credited on 28/10/2016 except mine. When i checked with company HR i came to know that it is holded. And they had not given any prior intimations regarding same and still i dont know the reason why it is holded, kindly advise what to do.

REPRESENTATION OF MY EARLIER QUERY WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Sir,
I am a science graduate, and I worked as an officer in a nationalized bank as an officer, and now I am retired from service on 29-09-2016.
Earlier to that I was having a housing loan a/c at a co-op bank, I transferred that a/c to my bank. This I done because our bank is having facility to deduct EMI from my pension a/c and there is a HO circular to this effect.
Now I am retired and my PF and Gratuty are not released, because, they want to close my housing loan out of my terminal benefit. I put forward my representation many times to this effect, yet management could not take any decision till today, and it is an unresolved issue.
I earmarked this amt for my daughter’s marriage. Without this amt my daughter’s marriage is impossible.
I transferred this loan a/c on confirmation by our chief manager of our bank, and under his confirmation to deduct EMI from my pension a/c.
Under this circumstance please guide me what is better for me.

# Approved ? for full time regular mode....?
# bcoz some websites giving replies, approved for distance mode only...
# And I totally confused... bcoz these some institutions got (Aicte approved for Anna university Affiliation)
# but they don't have Aicte approved for their Deemed university Engg .colleges...
Plz I'm awaiting for ur valuable reply as soon as possible...😱😱

Dear experts kindly advise me to know for k owledge sake.When a summons is duly served buy returned unserved with a postal statement that the party is out of station what the court will order.Without another summons served to the same party ,that party appears to court after 3months to file objections.are the objections tenable?.can the respondent appear without notice?.It is heard that if he appears without notice under what rule and order the petioner would prove that the respondent who appeared without notice is as good as admitting petition and there is a bar to contest.
