Issue:- At in lower court( junior civil judge) filed suit for specific performance, value of the suit was Rs. 320000/- paid court fee.
At in agreement paid partial consideration as advanc Rs 220000/-
Now defendants took defence ground as pecuniary jurisdiction.
So we may ask for transfer of case from Junior civil judge court to Sr Civil judge.
Where should Application submit
Whether
District Court or
Sr Civil court or
Present Court.

Hello,
As per recent amendment of payment act, company has to pay bonus to its employees who has the basic salary of less than 21000. I approached my employer to get this bonus. But he said, Bombay high court has given stay to retroactive changes. So we can't give any bonus until court gives the judgment.
When I checked with other companies in Bangalore. They have already given the bonus to their employees.
Please advice me, if I want to file a complaint against my employer to whom I need to approach?
Please let me know the next course of action that I have to take.

I have 27 lacs in cash, as my father was expired in sept2014 and after that we have received Rs.16lacs from SBI PPF, Rs.6lacs From LIC and Rs. 6lacs from SBI Life insurance. And I withdraw all money for marriage of our single sister. Will any problem in depositing the money back in bank.

Gud evening experts,
In my ssc and hsc certificates my surname is incorrect but in all the other documents my surname is right. In hsc and ssc surname is-"sadhija" but the correct one is-"shadija" and for correction i have made affidavit. is it worth in govt. bank jobs?? or if any other procedures you could suggest pls.

I am a 4th Sem. LLB student from Odisha. Unfortunately I am going through a mental agony due to my family dispute. I married on 05/12/2004 & we have 2 kids aged about 9 years & 5 years (both are leaving with me now). I need your suggestion on the following matter.
1) I had filed RCR on 22/08/16 U/S-9 in the Family Court & my wife received the same her on 15/09/16.
2) Now she has filed a counter case under DV act U/S-18, 19, 20, 21, 22 on dt.31/10/16 which was served to me on 04/11/16. Where she has made party to my Parents, unmarried sister(1) & married sister(1) along with an another unmarried girl, whom she suspects to be affairs with me. She has demanded alimony & maintenance along with the custody of both children. The allegation mentioned in the DV Act, by my wife are totally false.
3) What should I do to get rid off this case. Now I including my parents dont want my wife to come back to our home.
Any query on this regard, pls ask me.

I want to know that how i can get the mobile location of my wife from june 2015 to august 2015.Because she went herself on 17th Aug without informing me along with all the jewllery and cash amount of 2.5 lacs. We came by train but have I didnt filed any FIR because she told she will come but didnt came. Her father registered the FIR in their local police station on 21st Aug, 2015 of Family violence and dowry. finally matter got settled by providing additional 2.75 lacs. Now i want Decree of divorce and send legal notice through court but they are not receiving. (I have telephonic evidence).

That's 4 my frnd I met n court.
She has got d order fr 156(3) against the guy who cheated her under 420. But the guy is local mla son. She want to know that still police can skip filing fir by just sensing summary report ? Or any other means to skip fir ? She want to know so she can try preventing them.
