Bond period

I am working in NIMHANS hospital Bangalore as a staff nurse. Here i am having 5 year bond period, if it break 3 lakhs rupees to be paid as fine in any stage of this bond period. This bond period only for nurses and no other employees having it. They said bond period is to avoid staff shortage and for smooth patient care. But none of other central govt autonomous hospitals have this rule. So i would like to know is it legally permitted to take bond period for long 5 years from employee and preventing them for their career development. Can I challenge the bond period at court, because NIMHANS is autonomous body. Please guide me with your expert idea

Gift deed or family transfer deed

My elder sister have a 2 BHK Builder apartment in Faridabad, Haryana in her name and she had made all payment and convenience deed is executed and registered in her name and deed of apartment also registered. Now she want to gift this apartment to her real younger sister. In Haryana state Govt remitted the stamp duty for transfer of immovable property within the family member to any of the blood relation (sister(s)). For execution and registration of this Gift Deed we have contacted two advocate. One advised that this will be Family Transfer Deed and another told this will be Gift deed. Please clear the confusion. What will be the Title of the Main Document?

Advocate taking up employment

It is well understood that an advocate cannot take up employment along with his practice but suppose an advocate took up some employment and held his enrollment while being on the employment and subsequently left the employment and started practice. Is there any way to regularise his practice records post facto?

Society scecretary and member dismantled dish antena from the terace n misbehaved with my wife

DEAR SIR,
SUB: 1] ONE OF THE MEMBER OF THE SOCIETY REMOVED THE DISH TV ANTENA INSTALLED ON THE TERRACE WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE. HE HAS CHALLENGED ME TO APPROACH ANY AUTHORITY AND I CAN DO WHATEVER I CAN.
2] SOCIETY SECRETARY MIS BEHAVED AND SPOKE RUDELY AND HUMILIATED MY WIFE WHEN SHE WENT TO HIS HOUSE TO INFORM HER. SHE IS 55 YRS OLD N STARTED ADDRESSING HER BY HER NAME.
I STATE THAT I AM A MEMBER OF A NEWLY FORMED CHSL. ONE YEAR OLD. THERE IS NO PROPER MANGEMENT N THERE IS CHAOS. ANYBODY FROM THE SOCIETY INCLUDING THE CONTRACTORS N VENDORS R HAVING A FIELD DAY. THERE IS NO PROPER SUPERVISION FROM THE MANAGIGING COMMITTEREE. LOT OF RENOVATION WORK IS GOING ON WHTOUT ANY PERMISSION, WHICH IS CAUSING LOT OF SOUND POLLUTION N INCONVENIENCE TO ME AND OTHER MEMBERS. EVEN THE WATCHMAN’S CREDENTIALS ARE NOT VERIFIED. IN THE LAST ONE YEAR 7 WATCHMAN HAS RAN AWAY AFTER COMMITTING SMALL OR BIG OFFENCES. BUT THE SOCIETY IS LEAST BOTHERD AND HAS NOT TAKEN ANY REMEDIAL STEPS.
I WOULD LIKE TO INFORM THAT, ANOTHER MEMBER OF THE 6TH FLOOR WHO HAS STILL NOT COME TO RESIDE, DISMANTLED MY DISH ANTENA INSTALLED ON THE PARAPET OF THE TERRACE FOR FIXING HIS FLAT GRILLS N MONSOON SHADE. HE HAS DAMAGED THE DISH ANNENTANNA ALSO N THREW IT OT IN ONE CORNER OF THE TERACE. WHEN I CONFRONTED HIM HE TOLD ME THAT HE HAD CIRCULATED THE MESSAGE ON THE WHATSAPP, AND THE THE SECRETARY TOLD HIM TO REMOVE N THROW AWAY THE DISH N COMPLETE HIS WORK.
I TOLD HIM TO CALL THE TV MECHANIC N RESTORE MY CONNECTIO, BUT . HE REFUSED TO DO SO.
WHEN MY WIFE INFORMED THE SECRETARY ABOUT THE INCIDENT , HE ALSO REFUSED TO HELP AND SAID HE IS HELPLESS N WITH ANGER BANGED THE DOOR RIGHT ON WY WIFE’S FACE N BEHAVED VERY RUDELY WITH HER.
KINDLY ADVICE IF MY WIFE CAN TAKE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THE SECRETARY FOR MISBEHAVING WITH HER AND INSULTING HER. 2] SECONDLY CAN ANY ACTION BE INITATED AGAINST THE 6TH FLOOR FLAT OWNER AS WLL AS THE SECRETARY FOR INSTRUCTING THE MEMBER TO REMOVE MY DISH ANTENANA.

Partnership firm having profit will be taken over by pvt ltd company having loss

Back Ground :

Family managed partnership firm and pvt ltd company having different business segments.

partnership firm paying income tax since it has positive income

where as pvt company having huge carry forward loss

Issues :

how to plan such a way that the loss in pvt ltd company may be utilized in partnership firm since it run by one family only
