I was promoted as Sub Inspector in Police deptt. on 23/09/1994.I remained as Sub Inspector till 31/12 2009 and I was awarded increment 4.9.14 under ACP scheme. I was promoted as Inspector on 01/01/2010, though I deserved o be promoted as Inspector on 30/06/2005 where my Juniors were promoted. Now in compliance with the order of high court seniority list were prepared,all my juniors and seniors were placed in the list as per merit at the time of selection my merit no is 102 but I was placed much below after a sub inspector who joined Police depptt. in oct 1993 reason was given the due to two Adverse ACR the date of promotion was changed and pushed back from 23 sept 94 to 01/04/2005AND ORDER WERE ISSUED REGARDING REVISED DATE OF notional PROMOTION, Now MY PAY SCALE WAS REVISED NO NOTICE OR INFORMATION WAS GIVEN TO ME. APPEAL AGAINST ADVERSE REMARKS ARE PENDING MY PAY SCALE WAS REDUCED FROM 29000+ TO 25000+ whether they can revise my pay scale? I have to suffer a lot. pl. give me citation. Urgent. also going to High court to file a writ petition.Thanks My Juniors have been promoted to the rank of DSP in april 2016.

fir under 294 and 506 was filed aginst me by a girl. matter has been settled by compromise. i was detained.... later granted bail by court. now i have to fill antecedent form for psc exam.
1)am i suitable for job... can they cancel or hold appointment
2)does this case involve moral turpitude or misconduct...
(i will not suppress information)

Hi Everyone,
I am working in one of the MNC & it's registered as a PVT Ltd. I have joined in this company was 17th september 2015. My basic salary was 10100 & Statutory bonus is 700. My take home salary is 26950. In April 2016 company is reduced my Allowances and increased Statutory bonus. by this time there is no changes in my salary.
So my question is can i get Bonus as per Payment of bonus Act amendment 2015?

Can Evidence by way of screen shots of photograph uploaded on facebook be taken into consideration. If certificate under 65 b is not given along with them will the situation differs.what we can do to not take them record.

I m an engineer and my husband is a doctor. my husband has been torturing me since just after marriage, pressurized me to resign the job and i had to resign, He filed divorce case in family Court but his appeal was rejected and he again appealed in high court. i have filed a case of domestic violence on him. In domestic violence case i claimed 23 Lakhs rs under section of 22 (including 7lakhs for expenditure in divorce case, 16 lakhs for mental harassment. he has affair with a lady and has a child with her. i want to know that will court consider my claim as i again joined the govt. job on contractual basic with salary 29,500/month and he has his own private clinic with monthly income of 50,000rs. when the case of divorce was in family court then i was not in job. i had to bear all the expenses of csae. He is showing that his earning is only10,000/month. which is absolutely wrong, he is hiding his earnig. he had purchased land and built a new house recently on his own name. I hv registration certificate of that land. will this certificate help me in showing his wrong statement about his earnings. should i claim for 50% ownership for that house.

138 of n. i. act
Dear Experts,
A criminal complaint is filed against my client u/s. 138 of N. I. Act. After direction given by the Hon'ble court the complainant since last two adjourned dates is neglected to file an affidavit of evidence in support of his complaint.
under the circumstances can accused make an application for close the case of the complainant? under which section?
Any other remedy is available for the Accused?
