Complainant of intimidate recording voice of accused.he transfer this voice in CD through his computer.now he make certificate under section 65b.so is it allowed?.who can make certificate under section 65 b(4)?case property regarding complaint can certificate of 65b if he transfer voice in CD

I file revision case before court on intimidation. But can accused party lawyer demand list of evidence which I present before court.so can he demand from me instead of he should demand court for certified copy of evidence? Rule regarding this?

Hi,
I am buying a 3BHK flat, which is being rented out to ladies hostel. I might or not continue with the current tenant. I had already paid advance to the owner and applied for bank loan. Bank says they can't treat it as residential property since its been rented out to ladies hostel. I amn't aware if it rented out to ladies hostel they consider it as commercial though I don't have any alliance with current tenant as I don't have ownership rights yet. Property located in residential society and families living out there along with couple of ladies hostels in the same society.
Is it justifiable that bank consider it as commercial property since it being rented out to hostel?
What if, currently family rented out and I got an offer from hostel to rent it out?
It's strange. I would appreciate appropriate response

According to my father's will the house is for me . But the will is not registered. I have two sisters. what is the procedure for transferring the house to my name? Should I consult a lawyer or go directly to the village office. Do I have to get affidavit from my sisters.What is the procedure if my sisters refuse to agree to sign affidavit?Is it necessary to probate the will.

Hi my father say ravi is probably in a affair with a woman(X) apparently two days ago my mum went to the neighbourhood of that woman and asked few questions regarding the woman(x)....and That woman (x)clicked several pictures of my mum interacting with the ladies of woman's (x)neighbourhood... Yesterday, woman(x) came to my house with agreement which will stop my mum to go to woman'S(X) neighbourhood. My mum was angry to see her at our house and she started screaming and pushing her and that woman (x) obviously pushed her back and within minutes they both were fighting after seeing this my father ravi, came and hold my mum's hand from beating woman(X). But x recorded the whole incident from the start and in that video my mum was even beating my dad so... My mom wants to file a Fir against my father and that woman.... Which might cause my father to loose his job so my question is what shall I do because it's gonna affect my future and what would be a right and practical way to solve this situation

Hi i have no idea abt the criminal law but then,my cousin has done a stupidity he was been arrested by police in the charge of Ipc 448 and 392 and finally he get summon after a year. Though he just he an teenager and so do an student..so the complainant wants to compromise the case a and the matter is pass till court.So it will be his first hearing to be produced to the court. Can u please suggest me how to get rid of all these matter and sattled the arguments as soon as possible....
