Telangana vat act - schedule -iv- sl.no. 2

vide sl.no.2.goods of intangible or incorporeal nature as may be notified from time to time by the state government, and including
(iii)Import licenses including exim scrips, special import licenses and duty free advances license or quota

my client is in to the business of development of software, and we also import certain licenses in order to trade in india. and when we sell we collect of vat/cst rate as applicable and remit to the dept.

now the A.O. says that when you import the licenses, you are supposed to pay the VAT as purchase tax and then take the input against the output VAT.
is it correct ? kindly advice

Divorce u/s 13 (1) (ia) & interiuam maintenance u/s 24

Hi

My wife deserted me after six month of marriage i.e in the month of July'15. after In the month of Jan'16 she delivered baby girl. she filed petition in court for divorce under section 13 (1) (ia) cruelty.

her main allegation is that my husband is of doubting nature and hence he forced me to leave the job/ service. because she wanted to continue the job after marriage also.

while leaving the house she willfully took entire Shreedhan & cloth with her without informing me.

we also tried to reconciled the difference between us three times but she was not ready to come back.

In the month of August'15 she filed petition for divorce in court & in the month of March'16 she filed application for interim maintenance Rs. 25000/- in court.

her qualification is B. Com with 6 years experience in accounts & her last drawn salary was 18000 avg.

she has also done typing, tally course.

at presently she is not working since she delivered baby girl & now baby is 12 months old.

All the allegation she have made are false. she left the job due to pregnancy.

in court mediation is done in which is not willing to come back.

My qualification is B.Com with monthly salary of Rs. 32000/-
I have taken housing loan & personal Loan (both before marriage) for which total EMI is 24,500/- pm.

I have filed WS in court immediately in August'15. In replay to the legal notice I have mentioned that she must return to the matrimonial home within seven days of receipt of this reply. In Written statement I have clearly mentioned that court may direct the petitioner to return to matrimonial home.
still i have not filed RCR but. Mediation is done in which she denied to come back.

Please advice on following

1) How much maintenance i will have to pay for her & baby
2) what step i will have to take to minimize/ denied the maintenance amount to her
3) Please advice on the child custody & visitation
4) what step should I take for pressuring her to get divorce with minimum alimony.

Thanks

Property paper

My Father long back in 1980 bought a property and since then was living a the place.

Now on the demise of him we came to know that there are some papers of property not there at all... for e.g. there is no agreement between builder and my father. Builder built a society and sold 2 to 3 houses to his close relatives and then they formed a society. Society inturn issues a share certificate to all members (again there is no physical certificate, only number of shares mentioned such as 5 shares).

Afterwards builder applied for a loan from some cooperative bank on the name of all 105 housing members and he only signed on behalf of them and took loan and then the original builder flee away.

NOW the bank has brought stay order on sell/ transfer of any houses unless due amount to each member be paid along with compound interest which is more than now 10 times than the original amount taken on each unit. We are not able to even make property card in absence to valid agreement.

Now since my father is no more, totally confused what to do? and how to resolve the issue. Bank is threatening to take a legal action of selling our property to reimbursed their dues instead of asking builder as he is not there.

Please advise.

Company asking me to resign in my 8th month of pregnancy

Dear Seniors,

I have joined my Organisation in Jan 2016 as Asst.Mgr - HR.

I got pregnant in May 2016 and on 11 July 2016 I told my Boss i.e Director of Co. that I am pregnant.

On 16 July 2016, my director told me that you are not performing and gave a Performance Improvement plan. All the points mentioned in the letter were activities of a Head HR not Assistant Manager - HR. During my joining I was not told that I will have to Head HR activities also. The letter stated they will check my performance till 31 July 2016 and will take a call.

Then my company hired a Head HR on July 25 2016, who was supposed to check my performance. But my company asked the Head HR to resign due to his performance on Oct 10,2016.

Now I am in my 8th month of pregnancy, my company has made me work all these months and now they are asking me to resign on immediate basis. i.e 31 December 2016 again stating performance.

Till July 2016, I had never received any performance related issues. They are forcing me to resign after he came to know that I am pregnant. This is to save the 3 months paid maternity leave which I will get in case I stay in the company. The company has a good maternity policy on papers but is forcing to resign in order to save money.

Please let me know what can I do. I would like to go legal on this. Kindly guide me as I feel cheated and insulted for making me work till 8th month and now that I am ready for my maternity leave, they are forcing me to resign.

Regards,
Deepthi

High court is not giving speedy justice

Hi,
High court of Bangalore has not giving me speedy justice despite it accepted my early hearing application for my MFA for divorce in february 2016.
Recently requested jbench udges to hear my case and when they suggested to file another urgent hearing application I filed urgent hearing application. But to my surprise judges instead penalized me by further delaying My MFA hearing date. My MFA is pending in high court since 2013.I want to get speedy justice.

So kindly let me know.
1.Under what section I can go to supreme court to get the speedy justice from high court Bangalore?

2. Is there any other way where I can approach high court Bangalore itself?
for example can I approach judcial Registrar or registrar General explaing the urgency?
