Court Avidence

As this witness is stated to be mentally ill/ depressed, hence before her examination, i want to conduct her preliminary examination to assess her mental ability to make a rational statement and also to know whether an oath can be administered to her.
Question : How much educated are you ?
Ans : I am matriculate.
Question : What is your date of birth ?
Ans : 21st June, But i don't remember the year however i am 30 years old.
Question : In which school you studied?
Ans : I studied in ____ school upto 8th standard, but thereafter i was withdrawn from the said school by my father. however i studied upto 10th privately.
Question : whether one should tell lies or speak the truth ?
Ans : One should always tell truth, as otherwise it would attract beating.

From the above said examination, i find the witness competent, composed and fit to make statement as she is capable of articulating a rational statement and oath can also be administered to her.

On SA
I No _X____ present in the Court today. when i fell ill, He started taking my care at Mohali but he used to beat me and once on a time , he also raped me.


I know __Y____. He is residing in ______. He told me to make statement in the court alleging rape. It is correct that I was asked by _____Y___ to depose so by threatening that otherwise he would beat me.

Transfer of flat

Recently a member of the Society expired,he owns a 1255 sq ft 3 BHK flat.
He has lwft behing a widow and a son & daughter-both married.
The wife has requested the Society to transfer the flat in her name on basis of Nomination.
PLEASE ADIVCE:-
1) There is an outstanding dues in the name of deceased since April 2014 and he had filed case u/s 91 Disputes in Cooperative Court -IV Mumbai-- can the flat be transferred? What about dues ? Does the Society need to take NOC from siblings before transfering?A reply to my enail solicited.

Registered will v/s unregistered fake will.

My grandmother owned a house property which before her death made a registered will in favour of my granfather in march 2000. After her death my granfather made another registered will in favour of me in feb 2003. Mean while my two uncle presented a un registered will before us april 2000 of my grandmother in which its mentioned that the property belongs to my two uncle and my father. My grandmother died in sept 2000 and my grand father also died in may 2010.
Who will own the property as according to will i am the original to have so. My grandfather have already given lot of property to my uncle before and mentioned in the will as well. Plz help me

Regarding signature used in bank by an officer

Respected Members,
I had joined a psb bank three yrs ago presently working there as an officer.At the time of giving competitive exams i used my full name sign nd got selected in bank with my full name sign.But after getting selected i used my initials letters of my name as my sign on all vouchers and also while recommending some loans.As per the rules of bank a gbp no of sign is being allocated to every officer after completion of 2 yes,nd at present no such gbp no is allocated to me and at presently i m using my intials as my sign.
So is it correct for me or it can pose problem for me.
Pls it's request to all the members to give their advice reg this.

Talanc pay the regular rent to owner but owner file the case non payment rent in the court after the notise panchnamu summons not received and no signatcher ex party judgment Faber of owner after judgment apply distic court but not oppose rent only oppose ex party judgment by talansy advocate after judgment talansy apply high court talancy present rent receipts issues by owner but court say you never present receipt distic court the case dismissed

police verification

i m pradeep..there was a case logged against me ..in 2012 ..that time i was 18,.the case was compermised in this year in the court.i did never atrestd or went to the jail ..can i eligible for gov job. .pls tell me i am very dippresed..

Lok adalat

Respected Sir/Madam,
My wife has lost her memory completely, she is physically and mentally abnormal due to the side effect after outcome of suicide attempt(hanging herself). Now she is living with her parents. My in-laws filed a case against me and case is under trail in court u/s 498(A), 504, 506.
My twin girl childs(6 years) are with my in-laws. They also filed a DV case in Court.

My in laws and me are decided to compromise and approached the Court where DV case is running and the court ordered to come lok adalat to settle the issue

Pl explain the lok adalat system and the following


1. who will prepare compromise Petition
2. What is my role in lok adaalat
3. if im not satisfied with Lok adalat's
suggestion what should I do
4.What should I do if lok adalat forced me to accept the conditions which I dont agree
5. what will happen if we failed to compromise in Lok adalat
