with respect to my issues, me & ma relatives went to parties home for settling the issue over talks. But they had planned & made a CSR on us.
When i asked police to file counter complaint they rejected. Can Ii directly go tocourt for asking police to file FIR>.? If so which court & what is that case I shld do?

Me as a complainant had filed a (FIR) case on my lover for cheating me in the name of marriage & love under 420, 406, 506 with the help of 156 direction.
With respect to that complaint talks , both our familes used to talk at times.
SImilarly Me & my cousin went to his home one day to proceed the talks as invited by them. But some fights went on & all of a sudden they brought in political parties & so we called some of our friends too. They called 100 & police arrived & meanwhile the lady(guys mom) , senior citizen at their home acted as directed by some one, as got admitted to hospital saying that I beat her.
CSR was filed on me (female), my cousin (male), & the friends (male) who came to resue me stating that they came as Gundaas & threatened to kill them.
We actually went to his house as called by them & nothin harsh happened. We were fed up of court & station proceedings & hence tried to solve with them .
But looks like they had planned this too sue us.
Now through friends we got the information that they are going to court for FIR as police denied too file FIR.
1. What am I supposed to do now?
2. Is there any way to intervene in the court petition for filing FIR?
3. My main aim is to stop proceeding the FIR>. Any possibilities for that?
4. Which court they should go for filing FIR? Like district or session ? Atleast I ll ask my frnds to check there if anything filed .
5. In the worst case, If I cant, Can I file a FIR on them for unnscry calling us & creating trouble , and they brought few political parties they beat ma cousins too. But no csr we filed so far.

Sir,
The building is residential cum cpmmercial. It has aound 50 flats and 20 shops . All shops are having main door at roadside but now the builder is now making doors for two shops at back side through residential area. Is this permissible as per existing rules in Pune. Please advise.

I am practicing Advocate in Delhi. I want to file Labour Case in Karkardooma Court regarding harassment, torture by the Private company , who is established to recruit employees for various jobs. My Client is gardener in dwarka. The suitability of the job doesnt suits him. The Company is not transferring him to nearby area to his house. He has to travel for almost 1 hour for a job at dwarka.
Pl tell me the way out, how i will get justice.
I have prepared the petition , may I write supreme court and labour court judgments and what will be the court fees

Dear Experts,
My brother filed a partition suit before the court for seeking his 1/3rd share from parental ancestral property and he is living in USA,but me and my mother jointly cultivating 2/3 shares of the same land.
My question is,can my brother request the court to attach the crop to the court by appointing court commissioner at the time of harvesting?is there any provision in law like this?

Dear Sir, An Railway employee is harassing the wife and even he his not willing to enroll his wife ( first wife and arranged marriage as per Hindu rites and she not separated judicially or divorced ) name in service records, since she is pregnant women needed Railway hospital medical facilities at urgent basis & Railway officials are saying without employee’s willingness in family declaration, they can not enroll and they are helpless in this regards. So, in this regards if wife can proceed legally and by court order Railway authorities can enroll the wife name in Railway employee’s service record for Railway hospital medical facilities. One of my client is facing a problem of illegal construction of commercial building. That is he has got approval for 1900 sqft as ground and first floor but constructed nearly 10000 sqft as ground plus four floor s. My question is can an individual contest about such illegality. He got such information through RTI and demanded cash for not to advertise in public through poster and banners. Can my client get approval for the completed construction unit with penalties

Education loan
Dear Sir/Madam
I took 4 lakh education loan from indian overseas bank.
My Emi is approx. Rs.15500.
My income is not so good to pay this much amount.
My account is about to slip in NPA.
My repayment period is 4 years.
Can repayment period extend ? so i can pay lower EMI.
