Dear All, My Name is Tabrez Sayyed got married in June 2015, but from last 9 months we are living separate. Now they had taken a support from human rights (private Ngo). They demand me to leave my parents n live with her separately, which i won't be able to do. Before marrage I was doing a job but, from last December onwards I m doing my own business they r too against with my business. My Father in law is also involving in my personal life and make my life hell. My whole family is distributed, finally i had taken a decision to take divorce and they r ready to give but they want 20lakhs Rupees which they had expended on marrage. So pls guide me what can I do.

मेरे पड़ोस मे रहने वाले अंकल ने आपने बेटे के नाम एक प्लाट गिफ्ट किया था और उसके नाम करवा दिया। वंहा पर उन्होने घर भी अपनी मेहनत की कमाई से बनवाया है । अब अंकल का बेटा और उसकी बहू उन्हे मकान से निकालने का का भरपूर प्रयास कर रहे है।
कृपया आप माननीय महोदयो से निवेदन है कि इस बारे मे क्या किया जा सकता है और कैसे मकान को वापस उन अंकल/आंटी को दिलाया जा सकता है । ताकि ऐसे कुपुत्रों को सबक सिखाया जा सके ।

Hello I need a query, I have been married on 2013 November. And our marriage expenses was sharing half from boy side and half from girl side. And in our cast we do not take dowry it's offence. And till today I didn't beat her nor spoke harshly. She creates situation and informs to her parents that I behave rudely with her but nearby house people know about me. She is working as teacher and I work in Pvt. Ltd company. So I am not ready to give divorce she requires so any solution. Her brother calls me and speaks rudely and tell I will put complaint against you with police. She harass me. She requires divorce that's it. Wanted to know should I need to give compensation or not. And shall I give or take divorce.

Just two days back we bought a land and saw my name had spelling mistake instead of Parmanand Singh by mistake it's printed as Parmatmanand Singh Seller sold his ancestors property and left for delhi. Person who was involved to do the documentation says he will correct my name on the stamp and all Xerox except the details which were loaded into computers while registering.
So basically on stamp handwritten "Parmatmanand" and on backside computer printed name is not matching.Other references on backside of stamp is correct. All other references of my name on Seller is not willing to come soon. How should I proceed further. Is it possible to correct name without sellers presence? Any other alternative to full fill his absence?
I have purchased a shop undivided and unspecified share in apartment for 16 years back with out time limit for execution of sale deed in favour of me. the builder left from without intimation for long back. I sent legal notice to the builder for come and registration of sale deed infavour of me, the said notice is unserved with an endorsement is he left for long back. what next step taken against the builder and how to prepare a suit with proper prayer in the Plaint ...please send me correct solution.

I am one of the 10 members of the newly elected Managing Committee of a Housing Society in Mumbai. I have been elected as the Secretary of the said Society. Presently, Model Bye Laws of 2001 have been registered under the M.C.S. Act, 1960, and are applicable to the said Society.The Society is planning to go for redevelopment under the laws, as may be applicable. Being the Secretary of the Society, I would like to know whether it is mandatory and / or advisable to adopt the Model Bye Laws of 2014 by carrying out necessary amendments to the existing registered Bye Laws of the Society and getting the same approved by the General Body.
