Petitioner filed Crl.Rev.Petition. He written affidavit submitted to the court that statement is he had shared with his Wife how corruption in India had made me suffer while my stay in United State of America for more than 8years not only rewarded me with better prospects but also gave me good respect, standing and good will. I declined to return to India although I am a great patriot. If I lodge a 124a case on him can I success, Kindly give suggestion.

In a state criminal case spot panchnama was signed by 2 panch witnesses out of which only one turned up for giving his statement .This panch witness is known and very close to the family of complainant who was pressurised to sign the panchnama.In his chief examination he is coroborating the story of state prosecution but in his cross examination he is saying that i was told by complainant and his relative uncle who is also eye witness in the case to sign the panchnama .THOUGH HE WAS NOT PRESENT HE IS COROBORATING THE PROSECUTION STORY AS NARRATED BY COMPLAINANT AND HIS UNCLE(practising as a lawyer in the same court.)
The court was hesitant to declare him hostile.Does his statement and cross exam is helpful to the prosecution or it will be discarded?

I made a registered settlement deed of an immovable property against my namein 1994 at Sonarpur ,Soth 24 Parganas,West Bengal with my brother condition is that I made ground floor with the assistance of government loan as I am government employee , after repayment of loan you may built 1st floor and get a right of the right of said floor but now he act misdeed , forcefully closed a common door , always intimidate my family etc.Seeing his activities l apprehend Can he re-registered the same immovable property after 1994 with the change of term and condition in his favor from Register of assurances without my knowledge as well as cancelling the previous registered settlement deed? I am partly handicraft can't move freely that is why I am requesting you plz advice me.Sir though it was posted earlier but it was incompleted , Sorry for inconvenience and ignorance

Can a government servant get family pension during service period after the death of government servant spouse or get family pension after the retirement.
My grandfather had registered the front portion (25 ft long)of his only 3 floor built home in my mother's name in 1990 by paying appropriate stamp duty and the rest behind this (100 ft) has not been yet devided amongst my father and uncles. Now we want to seperate this front portion from the remaining by bricks but the problem is my uncle who lives behind and doesn't allow us to seperate it forcefully without any legal reason. The only problem is in the third floor, the 1 &2 floor we have blocked by bricks but on the last room of the third floor he even doesn't let us enter which is in my mom's name. The local police is not supporting us and we don't want to go to the civil court becouse of the long term of proccess. How can we possess n seperate it completely. We have all the legal documents.
