1. How to REFER OR FIND Section / Order /
Rule under which a particular Suit
can be file.
Kindly inform, if there is any particular book of journal.

The position of occupier of a factory has fallen vacant.The proposal to appoint a new director as occupier will be placed at the coming board meeting.
The Factories Act,1948 stipulates that in the case of a company ,one of the directors could be appointed as occupier of the factory.
Now the Company desires to know,whether an independent director can be appointed as an "Occupier" of the factory.
Though there is no specific restriction in the Act,can an ID be involved in the day to day affairs of a factory?

what is the procedure to set aside exparte award of the labour court before the expiry of the 30 day limit as per section 17a if the ID Act??
just to make it clear 30 days have not passed after the publication??

What is the remedy if a housing society is charging non occupancy charges against the law. After complaining to registrar also housing society is not the matter seriously. Please advise.

I have given a shop in rent 2012 for 1 year contract
agreement on Rs.10/- stamp paper. The tenant got 'Trade License'
on basis of that agreement from Local Municipality .
After the contract period over ,the tenant did not vacate the shop ,
neither paid rent, but still the 'Trade License' is renewed every year .
My Question is
1) Can i Inform 'Local Municipality' by writing letter,
that tenant is no more tenant with me. Without my consent or court order ,'Trade License'
should not be renewed ?
2) 'Local Municipality' comes under RTI act ? Can i send RTI to know what document they are submitting to renew 'Trade License' ?
3) Can I send letter to 'Local Municipality’ , to inform them that tenant have made illegally contraction on Municipality area beyond my area also ?

I passed L.L.B.(3 years course) in 1980 from Barkatulla University , Bhopal.I am 66 years and for practice as lawer and to get Sanad for that;I want to clear AIBE exam.Am I eligible for this exam.and if yes;how can I apply;what are application and examination dates?

Presently I am jobless now. My wife files a execution case against me for collect her due maintenance. On this ground I was getting punishment one month jail. What is my next step for avoiding more punishment for that said case because I have no money to paid maintenence?

Dear Experts,
In our org some of the employees is not complying the term & conditions of service agreed by them. The scenario is our management want to trf the some employees from our Noida branch to Mumbai branch. But these employees is Not Aggreed to be trf. At the time of singing appointment letter we have clearly stated the clause of trf in appointment letter that management can trf you any time according to business requirement also these employees had accepted the same. But they are now retreating . Pls clarify can we terminate these employees who is not aggreeing to be trf according to aggreement of service or we should ask them to resign?
Pls suggest what legal action can be taken against such employees?

Can police take me to police station forcefully when I asked for a time till next morning as it was late night when they called me to appear in police station. Can police detain me overnight at police station without any reason.

job on compensation ground
My father expired on 13th Jan 2017.. he was working in DRDO ... The dependent members on my father was my mom and younger brother who will complete his b tech this August. I am employed and my sister is married. Plz suggest in our case is job for my brother on compensation ground possible ?... Plz suggest...Need your valuable suggesstion.
