My father has applied for the Aadhar card but his last name was not there on it when we received it and DOB given on the Aadhar was only birth year as per the format they followed that time. Now when we applied for the correction in the name the DOB has automatically changed to default 01/01/1954 which is a software mistake.As this is the mistake of the software please suggest how can i get it fixed as my father does not have any other proof of identitiy/DOB.

I rented a flat along with two other people in Shrachi Greenwood Elements. The owner asked us to vacate the house without returning the security deposit. He promised us that within the first week of February 2017 our full money amounting to Rs 55000. He now says that he would return only Rs 27,500 and that payment too he is delaying. What legal action can we take against him and where can we file a complaint to get the money as soon as possible?
Can we file an FIR against him?

I want to apply for pan card for my father. The original has been lost and we want to apply for a new one. Also the details like DOB,correction in name and address needs to be corrected but I have only Aadhar card as proof of identitiy on his behalf. He is handicapped and cannot walk. I want to get all of his documents of identity. Please let me know how can I proceed.

I have two pan cards.both of them have different surnames.also the surname of of my father is differennt on both cards.but both cards have same date of birth and adress.However I have used one card in banks.I have never deposited nor withdrawn more than 49000/= at any bank.Is there chance of penality in case I withdraw more than 49000/= or deposit more than 49000//=
My second question is,can I produce a pan card in name of my shop.If yes then can I use it in my saving accunts or current acconts

Hello,
My son was born in Mumbai and in his birth certificate there is incorrect surname which we want to correct, so please suggest me how can i do this change?
Also can i make correction in his Birth Certificate in Pune? instead of Mumbai.

Respected Sir / Madam,
Myself Neha Goel. I was employed as a Faculty at Perfect Institute of Technical Education. I was incharge of the centre named DreamWave for which franchisee partner was Perfect Institute of Technical Education.
Now my husband have taken a Franchisee of Dreamwave which have come in knowledge of owner of Perfect Institute of Technical Education.
Now she is not providing me relieving letter, NOC and outstanding dues to me.
I resigned on 18th Dec 2016 due to bad environment of the centre and biased attitude of owner towards me. But I gave personal reasons for my resignation as I wanted to end it on a good note of my 16 months stint with centre.
On 19th the owner called me and requested me to continue and assured me of good environment but after few days same old stuff prevailed, so i finally decided to quit and informed her that my last day will be on 30-01-2017.
But on 30-01-17 she came to know that mu husband have taken the same franchisee in which i was working for her, she uttered some bad words for me and my husband and I left the centre.
Now she is not willing to talk and sit for solution and not providng me an NOC so that I can work and handle my husband's franchisee of Dreamwave.
My appointment letter does not have these clause too...
Please suggest me how to come over it legally. Is there anything in Law ??

What to do next??
I am 4th owner who purchased a house with proper registration. The 1st owner of the house signed a promisory note worth 8 lakhs from an outsider dated 2002. I purchased in the year 2008. suddenly in 2014 i recieved an E.P stating that court has given him decree holder. I filed a E.A petition to that E.P and now it has been dismissed. How can the court do this. I m no wr concerned with tge decree holder?? I never recieved any notice? Now what should I do ? Please advise??
