Dear Sir,
We own a property in Mumbai and it's registered under my father's name. My father has 4 daughters n 2 sons including me = Total 6 members. My father & Mother both have passed away many years ago and went to be with the lord. ( Catholic religion ) My father has not written any WILL before his demise. My 4 sisters along with me, want to sell our share in the property however my elder brother doesn't want to sell his share and wants to keep his share in the property.
Do we all need to register our names on the property 7/12 before we sell it or can five of us sell our share it without the registration.
How can we give our elder brother's share in the property seperately as he doesn't want to sell it and wants his portion of land?

Hi all! I request you to give me solution for my problem. I reside in an apartment of 15 flats of which my block has 6 flats and the other one has 9 flats. I have installed loft tank 15 years back with the consent of all the flats as my working hours won't let me stay at home during day time and I require water once I reach home late night. I reside in ground floor. I have two flats above mine who share single pipeline with me. Two of my neighbours (I.e., the one sharing my pipeline and his neighbour whose line is entirely different) are harassing us (myself and my family) for past 5 Years. They threaten me to remove the loft tank and they say I have to beg them for water every day. Above all they both close the walves and do not let us get water. This is happening on a daily basis. We are not going for police complaint as they have school going kids. But they are taking advantage of our generosity. Please suggest me a remedy so that they won't come my way here after.
PS: The apartment has no registered association and these two are also owners of their flats just like me. The ways they fight are highly atrocious. They don't even let our clothes dry outside and break the flower pots and all which I have kept in my own slab.

I am from mumbai. our soceity committee has given permission o Tikona Internet service provider company to stall WIFI router and antenna at building terrace. we total 8 members are opposing the same due to radiation level and may cause health issue. what we can do for removal of the same. in one of the meeting called by the secretary on 20th oct 2016 we opposed he same. bu on 17th jan 2017 company person installed the wifi router and antenna in building terrace. we asked for the authenticated permission obtained from the society from the tikona company, till date they failed to provide the same.does the rule applicable to mobile tower installtion applicable here or not? kindly suggest complaint process and competent authority to deal the complaint.

Sir in a summary suit u/o 37 CPC being filed by me the defendant through counsel filed an application for leave to defend the suit only and did not mention even a word that he wants to put an appearance in the suit and also did not file an address for service of notice upon him with his application as per sub rule 1 of rule 3 of order 37 CPC and also did not give notice of such appearance to plaintiff in person or by prepaid letter directed to the address of plaintiff as per sub rule 3 of rule 3 of order 37 CPC.The application of defendant has been allowed by Court by holding that the technicalities of law should not be made hurdle in. the dispensation of justice interse the parties to the suit.Now we want to file revision petition against the order of trial court and are these grounds sufficient to file revision petition u/s 115 CPC in Session court ?

Our society is registered on 27.01.2016 n managing committee has selected in AGM meeting on 28.08.2016 in absence of registrar. Managing committe has selected chairman , Secretary n treasure now on 25.10.2016 Secretary n chair man have resigned because they doesn't have time only treasure is handlhandling day to day affairs what the process of selection new Secretary n chairman. Early statement
I filed case against some high persons due to which I am forced to withdraw the case and also receive threaten calls. My advocate has left my case due to forced by the defendants. The defendants have not also submitted any reply. My query is that can I request the court for some early statement or witness of one defendant.
