Dear sir,
Sir may i ask bill for law service which taken for Property issue, because it will be a proof for what service i get from the lawyer other wise they not refund the amount which taken as advance for to get one of my ancestors property document at tahashildar office.
may i ask them for bill or before proceed is it ok to take sing in contract sign on a paper.
Please guide me
why i am asking like this because one of my ancestors property in court for that reason i gone at one lawyer in local asked him to take old documents and give it to me and he said ok, for that i gave him Rs 5000/- but still no work done, no document given what to do please guide me.

At the outset i express my heartiest gratitude for your help. Please read my quary and advise me as I am handicapped and holely and fully depand on you. IAm settler of a registered a settlement deed with my younger brother as a settler, condition is that after re payment of my loan you may get right of said immovable 1st floor,in the mean time I gave him verbal consent to construct his house as because family condition was bitter with mother,brother and my wife.Due to avoid the situation I gave him verbal consent but after few years he started different humiliation with me as well as my wife.I am resident of Hari nabi of South 24 parganas and registered the deed at ADSR Sonarpur,in the mean time he signed me some papers with help of my father with the pretext that it was only a consent letter to build 1st floor before transfar his right of property as per condition of registered Settlement deed.After that firstly he closed one of door which is common,eventualy he intimidate me "if you do n't sign Father will tell your Director that you are not looking after your parent".your little son may suffer etc. With a fear i put my signature. Now I'm afraid is not it a POA?? by which he may alter the terms and conditions of said registered settlement deed?My question is can he do this from Registreer of Assurance,Kolkata? I got a encumbrances certificate from ADSR Sonarpur.it is free upto 2014.As a settle can he alter the term and condition of registered deed of Settlement?Plz advise me

dear sir,
my name is burhan salar, i hve sued an renowned electronics manufacturing multinational company, for not providing proper service of its 1.5 ton split AC. The case is filed in district consumer court. in response to my complaint, the company has raised objection claiming that the complaint is invalid and untrue and is made for making money and deteriorating company's image. but the facts that has been submitted by the respondent in the court is mismatching my allegations and no evidences have been presented. all the dates (of visits of service executives) mentioned in the respondents reply also does not match with the actual dates of the events. further more the mrp on the outdoor unit was also smudged when i bought the AC, but coz of healthy relation with the dealer, i didnt said a word. Can i ask for an inquiry now. The respondent hve asked for a penalty of rs 5000/- for harassing the company.
now its my turn to file a reply suggest me how to file the same.

As there was an heated argument with lady police constable she had filed a case saying that i have use filthy language against here this is totally wrong she has give a statment against me and the called one witness also but the witnesses said in favour of me. Can u people suggest me what will be the judgment more there has to complete three witnesses and we have done cross exam also

I am in private pharma company on the post of medical representative .my company gives us target from January from December means calendar year .there is an incriment according to our performance on the target .but incriment starts from April to march means financial year.in this way there is loss of first three months of hike salary for me if my performance is good every year...please suggest me that is that wrong or right .

Sir someone help me.
My parents went bankrupt in finance business. They have surrendered to police. But some police after tAking bribe from
from people, torturing me to come police station which is 1000 kms away from the place i am resding now.I am working in a psu. so they are threatining me saying that
they will keep me in station for many days.
i am feeling threatned to go there because some of the people who gave money to my parents may beat me to death. Please help me. From many nights i am planning to commit suicide as a result of their torture. please help me.

Dear Sir,
I am the president of a housing society in Virar, Maharashtra. Owing to bad relations between me and my secretary, I resigned. The following day, my secretary also resigned. Committee meeting has been called so as to present out respective resignations. I have the following doubts :
In case both our resignations are accepted, what is the next step?
In case only one can be allowed to resign at a given time, who will it be. And how will it affect the other? Does this introduce any work burden on the other?
Can anyone stop us from resigning?
What is the next procedure?
