Hello again respected members.
while on one hand my wife said in court that she is unemployed, on the other hand she is running a clinic ( dental) in her dads property. the clinic is not registered.
I with the help of a private detective agency conducted a sting on my wife and in that video , she is treating a patient and taking cash against it.
Now is that video recording accepted in court as an evidence.i read an article by Mr Sethi on this same platform that video recording conducted without prior authority of a authorized body is not accepted in court. plz put some light as to what i can do when i have that video recording with me & if that is of any use or not

Dear Sir,
Please have a look enclosed Scan Sales Invoices No MF1617/441-A. It was received from Sales Department on dated 30/11/2016 with proper Signature and I filed VAT and Excise Return accordingly in same month on same basis.
But I received Same Number and same date Invoice (See Scan Sales Invoice No. MF1617/441-B) from same department on dated 04/02/2017 but Authorized Signature and Date & Time of Removal are totally different.
It is clearly visible that the invoice has been modified two times i.e.

I do not understand how can I treat it in revised VAT and Excise Return because
we never give two difference information to the taxation department.
So please suggest and guide for the same matter for maintanin record accodingly.

Dear Experts,
My wife lodged FIR u/s 498A/506/406/34 IPC on date 10-Jan-2015 in Gurgaon
In investigation : ASI IO, SHO, DSP were involved, DSP cancelled the FIR by taking grounds of proofs.
I have applied many RTI's and Appeals for obtaining the information that the Police submitted that cancellation report to court or not? but I got disappointed from everywhere. I asked to some cops personally also but they do not know for this specific query.
Lower court Advocates also putting assumptions on it therefore it is not sure to me, and the question is still keeping in my mind that Police had submitted that cancellation report to court or not?
I checked it on internet but there is no record at all for that FIR.
I got it checked with a clerk in Gurgaon lower court but he told me that they did not receive such FIR further to court.
Is there any procedure in CrPC 173 that DSP can take action by his own discretion and close the case on his level???
I need this information for filing the Divorce case on ground of fake complaints, please advise.

Dear respected members , i have an query , my mother had a property on her name which was purchased by my father on her name , but due to some familly dispute my mother transfer the whole property on my brother name with registered gift deed and the property is mutate on his name , before transferring the property my wife filled a dv case demanding residence share , on my mother which is on trial on lower court , now my question are..
1. As my mother is a house wife and she dont have any sources of income , how she can transfer the property?
2. During dv case Is it legal to transfer the property?
3. Is there any scope to cancel the registered gift deed?
4. What can I do in this stage?
Please advise.

Today is the day when I would like to confess the most bitter truth of my life.! I met a boy two years back during I have started my business, I was so focused girl about my goal of life to become an entrepreneur after meeting with him we have started talking together but still I was so focused and practical about my life... After sometime he asked for the meeting and we met at CCD very first time on 10-02-2015, it's was a formal meeting and then we went back to home, there was a few attraction found for me by him and we started talking via calls almost on daily basis and whenever he gets its become his habit to speak to me. He gets more attracted towards me and then we met again at v3s mall! He came there to let me his feelings about me after listening to him I didn't answered because i knew some of my goals and my family conditions. I took time and asked him to know me first then decide I have told him each and everything above myself my family my situations very clearly. He holdded my hands and assured me to be with me and will support me forever and specifically mentioned "Mai tujhe tere papa se jayada pyaar karunga unse jayada care karunga" after listening to this statement I accepted his proposal and we started this relationship together.! He was in Delhi for about 3 months owning his flat in kaushambi, during the same time I have cared for him like a wife. I cared to cook for him for each and everything which I can do best for him! On the daily basis he picks me up from my home and we live together like a couple! I have fulfilled all his needs, at the same time when this relationship become so strong and truthful I and he we both informed to our families also then the day came he has to back to home Moradabad to settle his life as he asked me for two years to get married. I happily wished him luck and best wishes! Now this is the turning point of this relationship he went back and stopped talking to me as he was which makes me feel so alone and become the reason to fight. With only this excuse that he was busy he can't speak to me. I felt so insecure and asked him many times if you can't keep then why you made it. He always says he needs time. He comes Delhi and asked me for the time and assured me this behavior will not happen again. He commits when he presents with me but during my absence he forgets what he committed. There comes a day he literally not responding for anything then I made a call to his mother and informed her that he stopped talking to me he just only wanted to get physical with me then his mother disconnected the call and didn't answered any of my call or msg. Meanwhile I met his brother and sister also and as he made me introduced with all his family and friends I was a bit assured that he can't leave me after some more time the time came in his life like he needs some money. Anyhow I have arranged and informed him that please don't bring money in any relationship but just because I loved him so much I always helped him and support him anyway no Matter what. After a year my brother had an major accident and I was in so need I was so alone I told him about my condition he replied that he is not well he can't come he denied to help me financially also. My brother was on bed rest for a year. My mother is so aged and ill so left so alone again after that I was suffering from some self which also require treatment and I informed him for the same again he forwardly denied to help me out. He always left me alone in my needs and I have supported him ever he needed. As the situation become so worst at my family also I asked his father to help because he stopped talking to me I left only with this option then I spoke to his father and tell them everything about my condition his father always treated me like a daughter and gets ready to help me financially but denied to made the relationship as his son is not settled till yet I asked him that I can wait for two years but is not ready to give any surety about it. Now I would like to ask what was my fault after talking to his father he backout from everything which he committed to me. Damm we lived almost like in a live in relationship I cooked for him thrice a day I had shared bed with him what to I do I can't do this with any other one. Can you please help what to do.
I can't tell my mother this fact that I am physical with a him and his family know about this fact and they also aware about that I don't have my father! Even after having a small daughter they all made this for me and the mad who created this relationship after knowing all about me it's completed two years but didn't kept any of his commitment. My heart broken into pieces I am no more able to live with this fact that someone used me like this then telling me forget everything like a bad dream. I was a good girl of my family I was not a prostitute.!

� I am willing to purchase a flat attached with terrace (aprox. 80 Sq.ft.) at thane. Where as the purchase agreement made by builder does not mention anything about the terrace in it. The agreement only talk about the carpet area of the flat only.
� �The builder has included the terrace cost in my total flat cost. Also, we have paid service tax, mvat on the terrace cost. Also my maintainance cost covers the terrace area. But builder is not mentoning the terrace area anywhere in the agreement.
� �When I'm asking the same about it to builder, they are replying that post 2009 the law has changed and they are ristricted to mention the terrace area in the agreement.
� �As per my understanding if I'm showing the terrace cost, mvat, service tax & maintainance cost in the agreement why can't the agreement mention anything about terrace.
� �Also, does the possession date needs to be included in the purchase agreement?

Water tax bill of 2008-09 demended in 2017
Dear All
one of my client recd notice for payment of water tax from Jal nigam,Aligarh . the said notice consist of demand for water tax of 2008-2009 of Rs 7000 and interset of Rs 2100 . since 2009 there were no any demand from them for collection of the same. this demand bills printed by computer and isgned and stamped by jal nigam officer also contains manual correction in figures thus making and altering figures of water tax and interest portions.
they insist to pay demand within 15 days of receiving the notice or they will send the same for recovery to tehsildar.
whether we can deny from payment on the basis of limitation period of 3 year alreay expired.
there was no water suppply for which my clinet alreay served a notice in 1994 and such connection were disconnected in non payment . my client also had news paper printed with alligations of no water supply in his area.
in 2013 my client had transferred whole such property bearing that water connection to a temple trust by making BAINAMA for no consideration.
PLEASE ADVISE.
