Some people fought with my brother and police is not lodging complaint against them, we have MLR report and other supporting docs, now culprits are threatening him to kill, is there any way petition may accept as urgent nature before the magistrate.??
Can you please advise urgent basis.

What would be the recourse in case a company was started for one project and a loan under CGTMSE was taken to complete it? The project didn't succeed and the loan went bad. Now the bank has claimed insurance and we want to close the company but a charge under ROC has been created by the bank. Please suggest how to go ahead.

Company submitted PF challan in the F.Y. 2012-13 but not reflected into PF passbook.
On EPFO site they already mentioned that due to system upgradation/modificaiton in system Employers/companys' are requested to deposit the same to PF office as per new format.
Company pursue (as told by them) to PF office still those amount not credited into individual's PF Passbook.
Can employee/s take any legal action againt the company/director

Dear All,
This is the story:
An employee resigns and ready to serve 3 month's notice period as per company's policy. All of sudden after completion of two months of notice that employee receives an email (when he was on leave) that after two days he will be relieved from his job and it is management's decision. In this case that emplyee is liable to take his third month's salary and other benefits?

I am government employeeI purchased plot in 105000 size 100 square feet in 2010 and want to Sale in rs 135000. Circle rate is rs.2500 /square feet. Asking some questions
1.can I take cash from buyer and deposite to my account.
2..take cash rs. 20000 and remain cheque/draft.
3,. What mode is safe take money from buyer cheque or draft.
4. What's is tax liability in this transaction
5.how can I save tax on this transaction.

We have got flat possession 2 year ago. But still we did not get Occupancy/commencement certificate.
In this case, can we form society without OC/CC.

Dear sir,
4 months before I had filed criminal defamation case u/s 501b. The case is at initial stage.Till date Not yet a single hearing has done in court.After filing the case i came to know that this case will not be succeed or it can be dismiss, until/unless we have strong evidence.
Now my query is that- can I add a application with one more section of CrPC /CPC section, like 182 U/s, 191, 195 u/s etc.as a complain case.
kindly advice and suggest.

About Divorce
I have been married since Jan 2016 and after 10 months of my marriage i got know that my wife is not mentally stable and she has taken treatment for almost 2 years before marriage. Her parents did not imformed us about it. I consulted 2 doctors and they prescribed Schizophrenia medicines to her. So i decided to get divorce. My wife is at her parents home since dec 2016. What procedure should i fall to get divorce? I have doctors prescription and one audio in which her father accepted about her mental disease and i knows the doctor name with she was consulting before marriage. Thanks in Advance
