Paghdi rent issue

Hi Experts,

We have 2 Paghdi flats in a building which we are using day to day basis. Last year there was a disputes among landlord brothers due to which we they refused to take the rent.
They had a mutual agreement between them regarding distribution of rent 4 years back, under that our 2 flats and 1 other tenants had to pay the rent to landlord (2) however we were collecting rent receipts from landlord (1) who is receiving rental from other 3 tenants.

Now Landlord (2) has stopped accepting rent from us due to their internal money issue and may be taking legal action against landlord (1)

If we want to send a rent from registered Courier, to whom should we pay the rent? Is it going to be in form of money order or a cheque/DD would be better in this case? Pls advise. Also advise on due course of action for us being a tenant
Note : Property is in Dombivali (under KDMC)

Increase in rent after 11 months

Sir, i am a tenant at Bengaluru. Iam tanant on first floor. After 6 months i came to know that the rent charged for ground floor is less than ours in first floor. What can i do to reduce my rent. Now the 11 montgs are over and owner wanta to have revised new agreement with increased rent.
Normally the landlords increase rent every 11 months. They mention abd get signed in agreement. Is it legal?
Please help.

Mp high court gave judgement on false statement

I was an officer in bank. my service matter was filed in CGIT central govt industrial tribunal JABALPUR ,who decided matter in my favour. my employer DENA BANK approached MP HIGH court on the ground of jurisdiction.who settled case agst me.WHOLE case was based on the nature of duties ,performed by me.Vital issue was power of attorney which is issued to every officer. In my case it was NEVER issued to me and i was simply doing clerical work. Bank recorded FALSE statement IN CGIT jabalpur reg this power of attorney and the same was endorsed by HIGH COURT WITHOUT confirming the facts. later on IN RTI response bank stated ==POWER OF ATTORNEY IS NOT FOUND ON RECORD.
I am jobless since Long 10 years struggling from court to court. HOW THIS INJUSTICE MAY BE RECTIFIED . attaching high court judgement dtd 11.10.2011 plz help me out.

Forced divorce

Hello,
I am in a big trouble.
I got marriage registration done 1 year ago and started living with my husband at his home. After 3 months or so..I went to my parent's home. My parents didn't say anything but few days later. They started blackmailing me that if I want to be in relation with them...then I have to leave my husband I have to divorce him.
I don't want to get divorced at all.
I am right now at my parent's home. And I want to go back to my husband and he wants the same.
My parents are forcing me to divorce him. And if I don't.. they blackmail me emotionally. What to do.

Vakalatnama

I am in the process of appointing an Advocate. Please advice.

My Question is:

What clause can I add in the Vakalatnama so I have the right to terminate the Vakalatnama with my advocate without getting his No Objection and appoint another advocate without going through any problem with my current advocate and court process.

Violation of chitty act

sir,

The state government owned N B F C violated chitty rules the Inspector general of registration and the taxes department has their support to the company
The government of kerala is not responding for the complaints they simply forward the complaints to the tax department I have no expectation from the state
please let me know who is the central authority up to minister level

Sirs,

I, Dr. Ajay Sharma has been serving at Sankar Foundation, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, an NGO eyecare Hospital since last more than a decade. During the year 2008 the management has constructed their own hospital building and thereupon I was designated as CONSULTANT (Retina) and my salary was paid as detailed below:

Now, in view of the personal reasons, I planned to relocate to my home town and had submitted my resignation for the existing position.
