Hi, I working in C_DOT as senior research Engineer with pay scale BP+GP is 32320 as per sixth pay commission. Cdot is autonomous body of central government. I have resigned from my current organisation and joins ISRO. Where I have been offered BP of 56100 with 7th pay commission which is equivalent to (15300+5400) BP as per 6th pay commission. Am I eligible for pay protection and under which government rule ?

My name is Merchant.
I have a criminal case u/s 420, 34 against me in killa court Mumbai. I'm the accused.
Examination in chief of complainant is over.
Now since December 2016 the complainant is not attending court till date.
The judge has issued 3 warrants against the complainant.
I want to know the following:
1. What kind of warrants are these ?
2. What is likely to happen if complainant doesn't attend court even after third warrant?
(A report was submitted on last date that complainant is no longer staying on the address provided).
After this report judge issued third warrant.
3. Is it likely that judge might dismiss the case if complainant doesn't attend?
4. Is there anything else likely to happen which could be in my favour?
Please guide me since I have not yet appointed a lawyer with whom I can discuss the above questions.

My employer credited salary on 10th march. Which is the salary date of every month.
I gave the resignation to the employer after that. They rolled back the salary credited on 11th march. Now they have given me the relieving letter. But, refusing to give the salary of 40 days. I have bank statement for the same. I have dropped them 2- 3 emails also they are not replying to that. Please suggest the legal notice under this situation.

Dear experts,
I got married to a girl from Karnataka but as that didn't work out, we separated after 2 months. She filed a case for maintenance on me and domestic case against my mom. While those cases are still going on in Karnataka, I filed a case for divorce, but they didn't even hire a lawyer or appeared in court in my town in Madhya Pradesh and court gave it exparty. So even when those cases are going on in Karnataka, and I am divorced, can I marry another girl?
Please also note that I have a baby boy with my first wife.
Please advice.

I required copy of judgement of PN Shanmugam V/S P D Vadivelu 2006(4) Civil Court Cases 660(AP).
It is not available in official portal of AP High Court and also unable find in internet.

I got an order of termination set aside by the Authority under TNSE Act,1947.No question of reinstatement/backwages is mentioned in the order as the Authority can only set aside the termination order. Whether Sec 15 of Payment of Wages Act can be availed of to get the benefit of back wages from the date of termination to the date of striking of the termination order. If so some citation must be furnished.
