Property dispute

Sir, i purchased a shop in the name of my wife and one land, on which 4 floors were constructed, jointly in my and wife's name.
Now because of estranged relationship , i have filed a divorce case and she has filed suit for possession and permanent injunction for the shop in which she is the exclusive owner though she didn't pay a single penny in purchase. How to save my properties?

False documents.

Previous landlord sold his Mumbai based property's land-lordship in the year 2015 to this new landlord which previous landlord had purchased in year 2007 and never visited to this building. due to his ignorance towards building all the tenants made propose society to pay taxes and other outgoings which was never registered or not even approach to any government body to register.

Now this new landlord has submitted receipt of his title for year 1999 in deed of conveyance which he has purchased in year 2015.

i am residing in this building since 2008 and i have all the documentary proof.

but my flat is in litigation due to previous tenant turn dishonest.

my terms is not good with this new landlord and he also resides in same building.

he had not incorporated my name any where even as occupier.

Seniors please advise me what action and precaution i should take in this matter.

When a director of a private firm passes away..

When a one of the 3 directors die.. will his share and role as a director be transfered to his wife? If from the remaining two directors one accept her to be the director and the other doesn't accept..can she still be given as a director?

Consumer affairs

I purchased some groceries, dry fruits and spices from a store in Dehradun which were not found to be fit for human consumption. I have also filed a case with the consumer court. I wish to know if there is any provision under which the Court can examine and issue a certificate describing the actual condition of the items and take the same in its custody?
The items are nearing expiry.

Thanks
