Defendant not filed written statement and submitted application u.o 7 Rule 11. Reply to same was filed. Next date is for consideration. My query is that at the stage of consideration do I need to produce any evidence, witness and citations to prove my case.

Dear Sir,
A property at Chalisgaon was gifted from a husband to wife by way of executing Gift Deed (notarized) and HIBA. There's a BOJA of 11 crore on the said land. The lady is wodow now, the other legal heirs are also intending to incorporate their name on the said property.
can she mutate her name in the revenue records?
Can stay be granted on the said land?
Can the Competent Authorities deny the mutation of the other legal heirs name?
Experts, give your inputs, will be obliged.

one my friend's father had agri land in villege. now he is passed away and coz of dispute in villege. no one is ready to be in pedhinama made by talati.
so can apply and use succession certificate
to enter names of legal heir in agri. land
or any other way

I worked in the said office from 23/12/2013 to 04/06/2016.I resigned from the company on 04/06/2016. I have not so far received my salary for the period from 26/01/2016 to 04/06/2016+ Encashment of Earned leave which works out of 25000 approx .The Final settlement of account is still awaited despite a period of one year already elapsed . As per Income tax section 55 2 iiia cost of bonus shares is to be taken nil w.e.f 01.04.1996.
Now finance act 2017, Further, for assets purchased before 1st April 2001, the cost of acquisition is either the fair market value of the asset as on 1st April 2001 or the actual cost, at the option of the Assessee.
So now from 01.04.2017 if bonus shares is allotted in 1999, the cost of acquisition can be taken fair market value of the asset as on 1st April 2001.
If Yes and my understanding is correct, whether it is constitutional that bonus shares are treated differently as far as cost of acquisition is related.

After filing of Fir against the builder, there isno action from the Police. I have called up the psi handling my case who keeps giving excuses or doesn't attend to calls. Approached my lawyer who says "my work is over. It is the police who have to do the investigation". Is it right or should I approach another lawyer ? Each time my lawyer gives a different solution and then backs out. I m a Sr.citizen n also having health problems.

Husband's irresponsible attitude
Query: My daughter (1988) in Delhi.
w/o Mr(1989) in Gwalior.
Married in Delhi in July, 2013.
Son d.o.b. 19.03.2016 .
Now husband doing new pvt. job in Indore AND my daughter doing pvt. job in Delhi and on rent . Husband wishes to settle out of Delhi to give pain to us. His mother is greedy and playing a negative role. They did not pay any money for my daughter and son (even also for powder milk). Three months back, my daughter lodged a Police Complaint and settled between them by police in writing. Now he threat her for divorce.
Please advise me:- 1) what should i do if he sends Advocate-notice for threat of divorce if not coming to Indore? 2) If he files case from Gwalior or Indore, then do i bound to appear in that court with my 10 months child? The very fact is that her mother and my husband harrassed me mentally for dowry i.e. House in Delhi. He also took my i-20 car to Indore which is in my name.
