Pay protection

Sir
Presently I have been working in central govt. for the last 4 years. On joining the service I intimated my department about my application for a post in Delhi govt.
If I submit my technical resignation in central govt and look forward to join Delhi govt service of a lower pay scale through proper channel, then do I get the benefit of pay protection?
If yes, please share related OMs.

Sir I am a regular employee in forest deptt. Punjab. I have joined forest deptt. On 29/01/2013.Now I have given technical resignation from forest deptt.on 27/12/2016. And join education deptt. On 28/12/2016.In forest deptt. my grade is 10300+3200.I have got 3increments with this grade.And here(education deptt.) grade is 10300+4200.but for 3years other employees got only basic pay.Now My pay is protected I.e 38490.am I eligible for annual increment. Am I also eligible for ACP?

Deviation from approved plan

I am planning to buy a BMICPA approved site. As per the approved plan there is a Park behind my site and between park and my site 5 feet place is left. When we physically see in the layout My site ends with Park. Immediately behind my site there is a park fencing . 5 feet place shown in the approved layout plan between park and my site is included inside the Park as per the builder. Also builder is telling my site will not be affected as he will be giving to me the site with length and breadth as per approved layout plan. Only the issues is with park which has taken the 5 feet boundary space to inside.

Can we take this site even if the park just back to site with no space between site and park as required by approved layout plan (provided fencing of the park is done including this 5 feet which was supposed to be outside the park surrounding it). Does this pose any legal issue in the future.

Law of limitations for recovery

Sir, Wish you all a happy Holiday.
I need a clarification as follows.
The builder had entered into a builder's agreement during April 2006 and was to be completed by Dec 2007 as per agreement.The payment for the flat was realised till 7.11.2007 and the last payment was disbursed by way of a cheque dated 26.11.2007 through registered post. Since the builder had not completed the flat and not delivered, the SCDRC was moved during June 2008 by duly serving the legal notice on 19.4.2008. The builder used all the tactics in dragging the proceedings and later he was set exparte which he moved NDRF at Delhi and his petition was allowed with heavy penalty i e in May 2013.Now while filling his version in July 2013, he is claiming the last payment which was paid by cheque on 27.11.2007 through RPAD. Till 2013 there was no reminder nor notice nor any communication for the said payment. Now the builder is demanding it through SCDRC and the advocates commissioner report gives the proof of non completion of the property. My query is whether the law of limitations for recovery of money is violated or not.

Action for non signing the m20 bond committee fromed in 2011

I am registered member of society in Mumbai, since 9 years and aged 70 years old senior citizen. New management committee was formed in Jan 2011. they didnot sign and submit the M20 bond. In 2010-11 gave my consent for redevelopement with the builder offer. building got redeveloped in 2014. the same committee become the redevelopment committee after the resolution. they have done many cheating and fraud in the redevelopment deal.
we are already filed complaint with registrar and in the process of filing case in consumer court and criminal case.
what action can be sought form the registrar?
can registrar expell the committee with effect old date and can the redevelopment agreement become null and void due to non signing of M-20 bond?
what if redevelopment agreement becomes null and void?
who has to compensate for the loss? builder or Society Committee?
Kindly suggest.

My account is under Npa.
So bankers want to do NPA.
So its may right decision or not??
it may cause future problem or not??

Inordinate delay in getting the matter listed at sc

Respected Exerts,
Greetings. I am a senior journalist based in Mumbai. I have approached Supreme Court in one of my matters against Indirect Taxes Department, Government of India. My case was wrongly thrown out by High Court and I have preferred appeal. My case was converted into SLP in September last year. So far it has not been listed for hearing. I am in person. I am relying on the outcome of my case for my future and survival. Any idea how can my matter come up on the board and I be heard at SC especially when the case has been converted into SLP? What remedy do I have?
