I am a member of co-operative housing society. I have bought a flat in 2007. I have taken a home loan from HSBC Bank for buying this flat. That time society committee had given the NOC in the name of HSBC that I am a member of society and they have no objection me mortgaging flat. I now with to transfer my loan to Saraswat Bank because lower interest rate offered. My loan is also sanctioned.
Now for disbursal bank need a letter from society that they will give NOC in same format once my loan is transferred from HSBC to Saraswat.
In this regard I have made any application to committee. Their response is given below:
1. You are the only member who had applied NOC on two or three occasions in past. It is a tedious job hence it is not possible for society to grant NOC every time. We have many other important issues to be taken care hence society advise you to after getting NOC that don't trouble committee members every year for NOC as we have better work to do. Our society is facing lot of problems already.
My question is, it their response appropriate? This is my 2nd request from last 11 year for NOC as I will save around 25,000 a month. What should I do?

my father has a shop .which he purchased in 1957 bt registered on my grandfather,s name.my father sit in that shop since 1957 nd continuously paying electric bills nd tax, electric meter is on my father,s name. now suddenly my father,s brothers nd sister demands their share from d shop. wt should we do?one of my bua hs expired bt her family demands her share

Dear Experts,
Respondent has fought with the petitioner at his home during pending petition. U/s 107 and 151 he has been bound for one year by Police. but in the case of recovery Respondent refused the involvement in any quarl hence it is subjected to perjury by CRPC 340 under IPC 195. Should I file a separate case in the same court for perjury or just put an application in the same recovery case???

I had fell in love with one boy we both love each other but oir parents are against this...n one day we decide to go in court for registration n obtain marraige certificate...after dat nobody are aware of this even we did not live togather...n after one year of registar we both mutually decide to breakeup nd moved on...n we also destroyedday certificate...but is der any prblm for our future life because of previous mistake...plz help

I have a builder not returning my advance amount. The check he gave has bounced. I still have the agreement of the property which is 1 year back. Neither he is giving back the amount nor property. I need a lawyer to fight the case. I also need how much cost for the whole case in Bangalore.

one of my relative working in a dispensary as an attender and appointed him by Panchayath director board on 2014 February and he working until now. but the secretary and new dierector body thinking about terminating him and appoint a new one. they decided a new interview for that post, and offered my relative a preference if he attend that interview.
how a Panchayath secretary or a board can change a person from a post when a person working over three years in that post

Am anusha..my marriage is love arranged as my father did our marriage ..on April 17..thn later without telling us my father stooped giving college fees and started fighting with us..then I sent notice to my father asking share in property of him.(that property given my grand father not owned by my father) now recently he sold property to others without giving answer to me..so what should I do now can any one help me with your answers

My Grandfather had given Shops on Pagdi System in year 1972 & from that time to whom shop was given they are not doing any maintenance & also some shops are not in used from around 2 year also they are not giving rent for the same. Is there any law that i can take that shop.
