My father died in the year 1997.At the time of his death he was working as a govenment teacher.My mother regreted to take the job.So the job was written to me.How can i claim the job.i had completed my graduation in the year 2017.My mother is getting only pension.

In NIA case, court summons were sent through registered post , accused being out of station. Letters was served to one accused and was refused by one accused as per postal tracking on internet, but no accused appeared in court on date fixed. We requested court to issue nbw, which court not agreed by not relying on postal internet reports. Please advise. How to convince court for nbw, because I know accused are very clever and they will not come to court without heavy pressure.

Now the case under civil judge and they sending summons.

Quashing 498A in high court can be used for my annulment case filed. Could my marriage get nullify under cruelty as she filed 498A and DVc though she spent only two days with me.

Respected sir, actually a person is BC category but by mistake they given in forward community. Now according to transfer certificate he is in forward community. if he got community certificate as BC from thasildhar by producing house document where his caste is mentioned. Now how to change that community in Transfer certificate.. now which one is valid either Tc or community certificate..

i want format of affidavit for getting lic survival benefit, but at the time application my proposed name mentioned in the policy. So now they asking for affidavit for name correction. Also tell me whether it should be on stamp paper, and notarised?

Clarification on progress of the case
Hi experts,
Myself & my family that includes my mother, father & brother were booked under section 304B & 498A in Jan 2015. after 2 long years, the trial process finally started this jan'2017. Cross examination of PW1 to PW4 is over during the trial process. There are nearly another 20 witnesses remaining in the trial procedure. During the course of trial of PW1 to PW4, they have given statement in the court mostly which are not in either 161 CRPC or RDO to make the case stronger against us. And they accepted personally in court that they are providing statement not provided either to police or RDO. Here PW1 to PW3 are interested witnesses from deceased family. PW4 is the private evidence. All the 4 witnesses accepted in court that, none of our family visited the deceased or contacted her through mobile for 13 days when the deceased was in her parental home stating her father's illness, which is also the true fact.They have also accepted that there is no written evidence like letter or email from the deceased stating that we harassed her asking dowry.
Finally my query here is, how should we take this as? a progress? positive? or should our advocate be more aggressive? or are we in the right path?
