need to vacate relations from my own property

The property belongs to my father, he is the sole owner of the property. While buying the property, we were not in that city. For time being we kept my dad's family(including my dad's 3 brothers and their families along with grand parents) as tenants ( there is no letter or agreement made tat time for tenant formAlities since they are relatives). When we came back to the city, we asked our uncles except grandparents vacate the house since my family has to occupy the property.. also gave them few months time during tat periods grandfather and uncles filed case against my father asking for partition in that property. In additional court judgement passed unfavourable for my father since they never contributed anything for the property also that property bought only in housing load debited from my father account. Again they appealed in high court.. there also Cade dismissed.
In mean time they are threatening us with political people and local rowdies to register that property in their name. After the judgment s also they are doing same thing by occupy if position in that property.
I need suggestion that whether we can give complaints to leave can police station or not also local police people are supporting them.

We are planning to put eviction. How long it will take to vacate if we do so.? Is there any possibility for them to appeal against us in court?

Not getting experience letter on contractual job.

Respected Experts, I am working on contractual basis in a power plant nearby Nagpur since 5 years. Now, I wants to switch this job, but whenever I spoke to my company side contractual engagement officer about my experience letter, He straight forward denies saying that you should take it from your contractors, and unfortunately I have only joining letters from my main company and from each contractor under whom I have worked till date, I also have my salary statement of more than 1 years (there is no salary slip as I am getting paid via: Cheque) Please suggest me a legal and genuine way through which I can prove my this long experience during next employment procedure because fearing by this I am not applying to any job confidently. Even I have given them a hint of taking legal action they said me, "You will not at all get anything from us even your salaries and will be terminated" if you even thought about taking legal action. I am very poor and of course its a rich organisation by which i can not fight on financial basis.

Builder going against the Agreement

I want to seek your advice on how to file a case against the builder for stopping pre EMIs under subvention scheme. I have a written agreement with builder where builder have to pay the pre EMIs till offer of possession however builder sent a letter which is a intimation of letter of possession. When I asked builder why they stopped the EMIs then builder asking to assume intimation letter as possession letter. Which is a cheap trick. They don't have CC so can't offer possession however they tricked buyer with the intimation.

Sale of flat

I am Govt employee and my wife is a school teacher in a renowned school at Lucknow. She is a owner of a 700 BHK single bedroom flat at Tingrenagar, Vishrant bari, Pune. The flat was financed by my father in law. However, my wife is the owner of the flat.
Due to some financial constraints in the family, my wife wants to sell off the flat and give the sale proceed to my father in law. However, at this point I would like to know the following;

(a) Can my wife transfer the property to her father now so that senior citizen benefit will accrue to my father in law and in that case how fees for transfer of property will be calculated? Registration and mutation of the said property is complete.

(b) In case the property can't be transferred now, how much tax on the sale proceed does my wife would have to pay and within what period? Can this money be paid out of the sale proceed of the house directly? At what rate tax will be deducted in her case?

(c) Would she be required to show her source of income at the time of acquiring the property during selling of the same?
