What are the grounds for rejection of a Probate application. The probate application is made by one of the sons of the universal decendants, after about 46 years of the death of the testator. when the application was made one of the universal decendents was alive, but today he is dead. The case is running for about 10 years. The applicant had already purchased the shares of the other 2 universal decendents (3rd was the applicant's father) before applying for this probate.
Now, can I file the rejection petition? If Yes, then:
i) On what grounds?
ii) When? Before the 3rd defendant's (3 Defendants/Objectionaries are there, where 2 defendants examination is over) Examination?
iii) procedure for it?

Sir while remitting cash more than 50000 in banks whose PAN no to be quoted whether of remitter's or account holder's? Kindly clarify.

My uncle has a partnership firm whose accounts and finance are handled by his partners long time accountant.His signature in the balance sheets from 2015 and 16 has been forged by the accountant and partner thereby increasing hispartners stake in owners equity to 85:15 from 55:45 in favour of his partner.Please suggest the procedure for prooving forgery and punishment under ipc and the way forward.Thanks in advance.

Dear sir my case goes like this my father had two wife's and had 5 daughters and one son dead at age of 1.5 years through first wife .and had two sons through second wife .all the property was held by my father first wife sold at.land performed marriages of her 5 daughters .mean while we as second wife children demanded share nothing was given at last we as second wife children able to get some share in land a portion of house .now every daughter had married and well settled and our share of land I.e second wife children share land has been in good demand because of cultivation and incresing land value .1. now first daughter of my father first wife approached court that she purchased our share of Land through sale deed same is dismissed in court in 2005. 2. Now fourth daughter came with case in 2007 that she wants her share in property filed a suit that all that property is joint and while both my father and first wife are died in 2010 and 2009 respectively
Now my questions are 1 can already pattioned proprty is avilable for partition 2.all daughters shares already given can they cliam secondly 3.if will is introduced in suit for parttion is that valid 4.if will is forged. who should supply admitted signs
5.even one attestor made two signs one as his own second was forged naming second attestor and 2 other a ttestors not known to us. It is understood that my father sign is also forged along with thumb impression .all this confirmed through private foren sic examination1. if I plead will as forged who should request for test 2..if test allowed who should supply admitted signs 3.date of will is 15.11.2007 what is relevent period of admitted signs 4 how many number of admitted signs are need

One quotation submitted to a govt department was scanned,some details were altered and was submitted by the miscreants.
Now that the quotation appears like an original one except that the signature appears original but like a xerox.To make it appear more beleivable one rubber stamp has been made and affixed. The office copy of this quote is not available on records.
How to establish that this document is a fabricated one.
Please be kind enough to advise on this aspect.

Prior sanction for prosecution is being sought in the cases of public servants but in some cases under Sec 19(1) of PC Act and in some cases under Sec 197(1) of Code of criminal Procedure - What is the yard stick for the application of the above sections or how is it diffrent

Some monetary limits are there in bank frauds reporting mechanism like above Rs. 3 Crores to Rs. 15 Crores to CBI (ACB) etc.But in cases of bank frauds, where the monetary loss was prevented, how the competent Investigating Authority to report is determined? Whether it is determined based on the amount of attempt -
