Migrate one job to other under same department (state govt)

Dear Experts,
Sir, I m from Agartala, TRIPURA. Age 28 , working as a Under Graduate Teacher(UGT) in Elementary School Education Dept under Tripura State Govt. When I joined the job I was persuing H.S. , later I completed H.S. , B.A. M.A. (Education) with proper departmental NOC. Now, If I want to apply for the post of Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) under State Govt. with NOC, n if I can crack the Tripura TET Exam (Teachers Eligibility Test), if I get the JOB, then my service will be count or not? Means from where my salary will be start ? as a fresh employee in dat post or from my previous UGT post scale?

Attachment of rented property

Sir in an application u/s 83 Cr.P.C being filed by me the Court has ordered for attachment of immovable property of the proclaimed absconder.The concerned Tehsildar in compliance of the court order has submitted report that as the property has already being rented and the authorities are not competent to throw out the tenants and to physically attach the property.Is this move of the authorities right as per law and what should we do to secure our interest ?

Injunction against licensor.

I have took shop on rental basis in Feb 2014 to Feb 2017 for which I have paid Rs. 1200000.00 as Refundable Security Deposit and Rent Rs. 1.00 per Month for 36 Months through registered agreement with clause containing both parties can terminate this agreement before expiry by giving 90 days advance notice.

Where I have terminate this agreement by giving termination notice in July 2015.

Till now licensor has not refund my security deposit and trying disposes me without paying me.

How and where I should approach to take injunction and not to disposes me without due process of law.

Seniors please guide.

Encroachment on my land and case rejected

नमस्कार,

महोदय मेरे द्वारा एक वाद कोर्ट के समक्ष रखा गया था जिसमे एक कॉलोनीज़ीएर एवं कुछ किसानो द्वारा पटवारी से मिलकर मेरी भूमि से रास्ता निकाल रहे थे तो मेरे द्वारा एक वाद कोर्ट और तहसील मे लगाया गया था! तहसील का ऑर्डर मेरे पक्ष मे था परन्तु कोर्ट से मेरा केस निरस्त कर दिया गया है! मैने धारा ३९ (१) और (२) व धारा १५१ सी प सी में वाद प्रस्तुत किया था! इस वाद का ऑर्डर इस के साथ अटॅच है!

आप से मेरा निवेदन है की आप इस आदेश को देख कर मुझे कुछ रास्ता सुझाए और अपील हेतु कुछ महत्वपूर्ण बिंदु बताए और मेरा मार्गदर्शन करे!

Power of attorney

A,B,C,D had JOINTLY executed a Power of Attroney in favour of one E regarding some property,after some time the A had died and the same also intimated to the E Power Agent, by hiding the same the E had sold the Property to some third persons, i want to known what is the position of the POA regarding the A and other whether it will bind the remaining persons. kindly clarify me, thankyou

Rules for sale of redeveloed property

I have been a tenant in pagdi building in mumbai.the bldg. Has gone for redevelopment and we have signed a temporary alternate accomodation with the developer.however I wish to sell the flat once the new flat is handed over and purchase a flat in another locality.will i need to pay capital gains or do i have to hold the flat for two years.please advice which income tax section to follow.

Stamp Duty on Consortium Documents

My company has entered into a Legal mortgage agreement with a Bank X and paid the required stamp duty for a certain set of properties. Further it also decided to enter into agreementation for the same set of properties with Bank Y and Z. Bank X is of the opinion to appoint a trustee and execute a Consortium document consisting of all 3 banks (Indenture of Mortgage) for this purpose. My question is that will stamp duty be payable again on the amount borrowed from bank X for which the Documentation is already done or do I just need to pay the stamp duty on the amount to be borrowed from Y and Z. Also can I get an adjudication done and get a relief or refer to any case laws.
