Earlier I had asked question regarding imposing fine for deley in work.
Finally contractor had finished the work on 27th march 2017.
So, before giving the last payment , I have decided to send him a legal notice mentioning about the amount of fine for delaying in work.
So , please tell me out of ₹50000 what sum of amount can I deduct as a fine.?
Please note:-
1. agreement was signed by both parties.
2. 14 thFebruary 2017 was last date but what will be the amount of fine if the work delay isn't mentioned in the agreement.
3. His delay in work compelled us to pay two month rent .

Dear Experts,
My case is --
1- My father died in 1985 and my mother purchased a plot in her name and constructed a house on that with the funds received.
2- We are two brothers, I am the elder one.
3- I got married and living with my Mother and wife in that house.
4- Later on my brother got his job and living in Delhi since 2003. He also got married in Delhi and his wife is also doing job in Delhi.
4- In the meantime I have taken care of my mother as the bast as I can.
5- I have also invested my hard earned money for the renovation/ reconstruction of the house.
6- Things changed between my mother and us. And now my mother, on the provocation of my brother is ready to sell the house.
7- My brother is saying that there will be three parts of the money after the sell of the house. One of mother and the rest two of us (brothers)
My question is --
1- What are my legal rights in this case ?
2- How could I claim the money I invested to renovate/ reconstruct the house ?
3- Could I file a case demanding the entire money (the money I invested to renovate + my part after the sell)

I had moved EP after successfully getting a degree against my tenant. But I have not got his present address. I had filed the EP in the address from where he was contesting the RCOP. The court is asking to give the address what have to do?Y advocate is only asking me to get the address. Kindly guide me

Hello experts ,
I live in a society in Chennai for the last 31 years , for the last 15 months thing have gone really bad in my society because of which i had stopped giving maintainence. The reasons are :
1. I live in the 3rd floor ( the last floor of my society) and the Lift in a shaky condition , no licence available to run the lift and it is still running (massive risk of life).
2. The terrace is above my cieling and has been repaired twice but it is leaking and the upper turf is peeling out as well.
3. Lot of birds around and the society stinks with pigeon droppings.
I have informed the committee many a times but they dont appear to be serious and they ask me to adjust.
The value of my residence is gone down as new upcoming societies are valued at 60% more than our existing value because of lack of maintainence.
The committee has now served me a notice asking me to pay the maintaince else i will stand to loose services and amenties of my society.
How do i defend my act ?

I have had a credit card and personal loan I did manage to pay 45/60 emis of personal loan but due to loss of job I was unable to pay further emis upon calculating I find that Emis paid has exceeded The principle by 38K. Furthermore I last paid my card in 2012 the same time when I lost my job. I could not pay. I did tell them when I get job I can pay or settle Now the Credit Card guys sent me a mail thru a law firm stating a civil suit and possession of property if any. I wish to know it the statute of limitation applies to me as its more then 4 years

Hello Sir,/Madam, I want to know what other steps can be taken to contact Government officials an email is not working. Dont know the reason but I havent received the reponse to my email. Please suggest further steps to contact Government officials if they fail to respond.

Hi All,
I was given a position of associate software engineer in a reputed mnc in the month of september of 2013. My whole batch was made to sign 2 bonds 1st one stated that i would be eligible to pay a sum of 1 lakh rupees to the company incase of breaking it with my father being the guarantor. The 2nd one stating that i being a girl working in noida have no issues in working at late hours at night at times as and when required by the company (was mandatory to sign) .
Post 1 month of training, i was given a project. After introductions the manager told me that i would need to come in night shifts only for complete 2 years at least , this was not informed to me earlier during my first interview with company HR. I refused and stated the same to the hr head of that time -the hr refused to help me and said point blank that i have to work like this only as i have signed a bond.
After 3 months of working in the company i left it without informing any one and recieved the email which stated that the company now considers me as an absconded employee in march 2014.
In between i did recieve 2-3 notices stating legal action that will be taken against me.
I had even replied twice stating my reasons
My today i have recieved a post mail from a retired high court judge of M.P. who was the sole arbitrator
Stating that :
"
The since none of the non-applicant (i.e. me n my father) were present. Non applicants are now declared exparte.
The case is fixed for ex parte evidence by the way of an affidavit on 20th april 2017 at 4 :30 pm "
Kindly explain the importance of the statement above in term of indian law
Also please advise as to what course of action can i take now.
P.s : i was a fresher when i was offered this job.

Transer policy
My self Chandan kumar ojha presently working inDena bank govt.undertaken bank as Sr.Manager presently posted at allahabad uttarpradesh and my wife is working in state govt.uttrar pradesh as healt education officer at Azamgarh. my organization always threatened me to transfer out of state or if i will be promoted then sent to other state .Is any solution on spouse ground that if they transfer me then it will stay. Because my wife transfer possible only in state uttarpradesh. kindly provide me proper guidance
