What protection can be given to the following and what are the rights, if any, attached to them?
A)"Law Reporter Publications" publishes the Reports containing the judgments of the Supreme Court, High Courts and Tribunals, While reporting the Judgments, the Law Reporters Publications have edited the judgment by adding Head Notes, Editorial Notes, details about dissenting Judgment concurring, overruling etc. They also have modified paragraphs and paragraph numbers, corrected the apparent grammatical errors, punctuation marks. Law Reporter publications claims copyrights over the Judgment as well as the Law Report.
B)Folklore Museum of University of Jharkhand has collected from the houses of various Tribes artistic works. The same has been displayed in its museum. The Tribes desire to grant license for mass production of the product they crated. Museum Authorities object. What are the rights of the Museum Authorities and Tribes, if any?
C)Police Department of Mumbai organizes a fancy show inviting celebrities from Bollywood and Indian Cricket. The teams of celebrities perform on the stage and give varieties of programs. Cricket celebrities also join the program on stage.

Hi,
I have given Rs200000/- unsecured loan to a pvt. limited. company (one of my relatives) in 2012 at an interest of 18% per annum which is duly acknowledged in the balance sheets of the company till date (Principal Amount only). But I don't have any document for the interest committed by the directors. Now, the directors of the company are not paying the interest. They are even denying the payment of Principal amount on account of financial position of company although directors are drawing a salary of Rs100000/- per month which is also mentioned in the balance sheets filed with MOC. The loan given by me is still acknowledged in the balance sheet filed with MOC i.e. FY 15-16. I want to know what are the legal remedies I can exercise to recover my loan amount?

Dear Experts,
One of my friend bought a scooty worth rate 51,000 in December 2014, after a month his scooty was theft and immediately he went to police station for FIR but police did not lodge FIR for 8 days then after much efforts police lodged FIR on 8th day of scooty theft. And due to multiple visits and lack of knowledge my friend had not informed the Insurance company for 38 days. when on 38th day he informed to insurance company, they had refused to claim.
After that my friend filed a case in lower court but lower court agreed with the term & conditions of insurance company and my friend lost his asset totally.
Now for revision purpose, I need to know if in any such similar case, in your knowledge there is any judgment passed by NCDRC or any SCDRC so that my friend can have relief on that???

we were the pt holders of land situated in adilabad dist telangana state.
our land lord illigally deleted our pt without any settlement 30 yeras back..
the issue came in to our notice 2 years back. we want our right back...
our lald lord had managed the mro and rdo 30 yeras back and passed a fake proceeding against our pt ..
hence we have taken the legal memo from mro saying that the proceeding was fake ..
there is no such procweeding in dr register ....

it is urgently required suggestion from you that husband has LLB examination which is to be held on 27-04-2017 in orisa . Trial court in Bihar . charge is to be framed for which date of the court is on 25-04-2017.
Husband pray is to extend the date and another date for fixing the charge is to be fixed after completion of LLB examination. examination will be continued about 20 days.
can husband pray before the court to give a date because of LLB examination. if husband is appearing in Bihar before the trial court then examination may not be attended.
another side quash is also pending before the high court, patna for 498a.
kindly suggest what to do ? if trail court issued warrant than husband can go for bail.

Meri Grandpa ek jamin karida tha kariban 40-50 sal pahle..uske bad us jamin me makan banaya..jamin mutation v hua..magar jamin jo log becha tha unlogo ne wo jamin me aane jane k lie koi alag rasta nehi dia..I mean ek common passage h sirf bataya hi gya tha..hum log itne baras se wo passage use v kar rahe the..Electrical Line v us raste se hi lia gya h..magar ab grandpa nehi rahe..aur avi front ka jo malik h wo bol raha h k tum logo ka aane jane ka jamin nehi h..1.5' ya 2' chor raha hu chalne k lie jana h to jao..warna wo v block kar dunga..aur ab wo log us raste ka esa hi hal banaya h k ab to aana jana v impossible ho chuka h..
aur jab iske wabajud me ne pucha meri grandpa se tab iske ware me bat q clearly nehi kia..to ahat hi bura tarike se mujhe insult kia..even mujhe pitne ka koshish v ki gya.....
now what can I do..please suggest me..

as per my father will property one share is in name of my elder brother minor son.
we are planning to sale the property
we are approaching the court to get the permission.
what are the necessary documents. required to file petition.
is it compulsory agreement of sale before filing pettion.
or we can file with out agreement. and providing affidavit to court sale proceeds will be deposited in the name of minor before court.
please clarify.
