Is sub registrar can be called in trail as witness in a will deed submitted in suit without calling attestting witnesses
Plaintiff wants to summon defendant no.3 & 4 as his witness. Defendant No.3 ex-partie and defendant no.4 not gave his authority letter. Under Rule 14 order 16 can they be summoned. Please advice

My Late Grand Mother owned and built property is being inherited by My Mother with three child i.e. Two Son and One Daughter including myself elder.
A) Can mother desire to give any one child ignoring others if such case is arising in future without proper partition?
a.) Late Grandmother if at all has will or wish to do partition in elder's favour can Mother change that Later ?
a..) Property not documented on Father's name
,can influence to change any right later ?
B)If there is any existing WILL document either by my GrandMother or Mother , Can we invoke any legal provision to get certified copy when both Parents’ are alive ?

Hi, My father in law is entilted for an ancestorial property. He has 2 son and 5 daughters. All daughters are married after 1989. Also he was passed away in 1994. Does his daughters have right in the ancestorial property. Note: My mother in law is also no more.

1) Land was mortgage by a Construction company (further referred as "A") in 1989.
2) ARC took over as it became NPA (which includes land of A) and ARC Sold it to Person "B" under Sarfaesi Act u/s 13.

3) Do Conveyance of "A" include its Development Rights?
