Dear expert,
My case 125 crpc and 340 crpc( husband)is on the argument stage.
My question is that
1)can I file the written argument before the court?
2)i want to submit the order/ judgment as a citation before the court but i dont have the published judgment which is reported in Journal. Can i submit the order/ judgment as a citation before the court download from internet?
Pls advice and suggest.Thanking you.

my father was working as a salesman in a company in haryana his boss file an fir against him and the parties who use the goods. complainant said that my father an the parties duped the amount of 65 lakhs the three person get the bail from session after one month of their arrest but my father plea is rejected from session and twice from high court in ipc 406 420 467 468 471 what I do next for getting bail except going to supreme court because it takes lot of time is I again appeal in high court for third time or recall the case or what is the chances if I go to session court. plz reply me first

Our Cooperative Housing Society herein referred as "Society"has signed with a Developer in Maharashtra for redevelopment of the Society.
The developer has requested that we need to sign a JV with them as they opine that the Society is a 'Promoter' as per the new definition of 'Promoter'in the new
Maha RERA.
Pl advice whether his contention is correct, else guide the relevant section or Notification No to challenge his claim, thereby avoiding unnecessary hassles.

What has to be done if in Deemed assessment status of the assessee is "Record not found",however the same is in business from several years?
whether one has to go to the department for order or should be silent in this regard.

Could you please let me know what is procedure for filling the Quashing petition.
My sister has got registered an FIR against her husband under section 498/409 and his sister has got an FIR under me under section 354,506,509, as divorcee is granted will our lawyer file for quashing as joint petitions or he only has to file for quashing of the FIR under section 354 filled against me and quashing of FIR filled by my sister against her husband will be filled by his lawyer.
Please let me know how this works.

Dear Sir/ Mam, last year I asked a question whether I can change name of my son on his birth certificate. I got a reply that it cannot be done as GR does not allow. Sir I will be admitting my child in school this year. Now, I am in a dilemma that whether the school authority will admit him with new name. I have changed the name of my son in Rajpatra. Someone suggested me to prepare adhar card of my son with his new name. Sir, I want to know that if I prepare adhar card with his new name then will I face problem in future since the name on birth certificate & other documents will differ.

in 2012 my married friend committed suicide at his house.in 2014 his father filled a FIR against my & my family that he borrow a amount 5000 from us .under our pressure he committed suicide witness formed his wife which did not give any statement against us thereafter a final report is submitted through IO in which they have no evidence & all neighbore gives statement in our favour so we was save
then after 1 year few month According to police CO cancel the that final report & reinvested the case filled the charge sheet against me(22 yr) & my mother taking statement his wife which also married tho another person after 5 month of his suicide (her statement is reliable ?)
please help us !!

Hi,
My neighbour has opened a Tent-House and is running the same from 3-4 years. The noise of the ornaments, utensils, rods etc and Trucks(small) cause a lot of inconvenience.

Dear friends,
My friend is working in min.of DEF since 1988. due to some court orders they got salary hike. recently other department filed slp got the order to re fix D E O pay scales and recover excess paid. His department or He are not yet all parties in that case. but the department showing that order giving letters for re fix and recovery too. Is it correct? can they go to CAT? will the get any relief from the CAT? please guide
